「The house is nice and cozy and clean. The furniture is very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensil and pans. LOTS of towels and toilet paper! The owners are very nice and accommodating. Ice and firewood are available for inexpensive cash purchase on property. Very easy access to the lake and marina. The only challenge was the WiFi. It worked ok for some streaming services, but less so for anything else. We had a lot of fun. Hope to see you again soon!」

「Rental was clean inside, but the deck area needs attention. There was a thick layer of pollen on all the furniture, and a dead bird in the center of the floor. It was filthy. It appeared as if the deck hadn't had attention or cleaning for a long time. It definitely was not prepared fir the rental.」

「We loved this house. Private. Clean. Everything you need is there or within less than a mile for anything you forgot. We had no issues. Everything is perfect for a short or extended stay. 「It was a great cabin! We all enjoyed it very much! The hill to the water was brutal. I would recommend fixing that for clients or be more up front about it. It is dangerous unless you are about 11-35! The location was great and very easy to get to and close to town.」

「Nine of us women cousins thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay. Lodge and grounds are beautiful. Everything we needed was right there. Only suggestion would be to include the pool fee in the daily rate and it be available all day. Thanks for a great time.」

「Cabin appeared to be an older updated River Cabin, but had newer Appliances, furniture, fixtures and paint. The moth ball smell was 'overwhelming' until we aired it out. It overlooks the river, with a beautiful view. Unless you plan a little hike, you'll want to drive down to the river and fire pit. Might be a little challenging for a small vehicle. 「Location, location, location! It’s all about the view off the back deck. Located in a quiet residential area beside Current River within a mile of Van Buren. Spacious kitchen area for preparing and cooking meals. Covered patio table on deck was incredible for enjoying family dinners. The kids brought our own tubes and floated right up to the house after their float trip. Wrap around huge sofa for enjoying a movie in evening, or a tv in every bedroom if you prefer.」
