「Cute little house. Clean. No issues.」

「Can't say enough about positive things about this stay, As someone needing a place that accommodates a pair of dogs, I couldn't have asked for more. An easily accessible yard coupled with a rustic cabin that is both comfy and pet friendly is not an easy find. We had another couple stay with us and we all appreciated the surroundings (beautiful neighborhood surrounded by parks great for both people and dog walking) and easy access to both the Black Hills and and the conveniences of Rapid City....

「The house is perfect for a small group; we were 3 adults and each had our own bedroom. Joe was fantastic to work with! A special treat was the small group of deer in the area and right in the yard each day! Everything we wanted to visit was truly very close!」

「This little house had everything you could think of needing and was actually a better price than some hotels! The AC worked great in the 100 degree days that we were there! There was a nicely furnished private little patio outside. It was within walking distance to a great pizza shop and Dairy Queen. Communication was great as well!Only suggestions I'd make are a newer couch as this one really sunk down and wasn't too comfortable to sit on. (But when you're out sightseeing you aren't sitting...
