Initially we were very happy to have stayed here as the host was seemingly very nice and accommodating. My mother and I decided to stay here in between her treatments as she is ill, so she's not always 100% but this was a location we could come back to quickly if she started feeling unwell in town. Well, she accidentally broke a mug due to being hit with nausea, that is on us, and the property manager emailed and texted me the next day and I apologized. She then texted me towels with holes in them, insinuating that we had done that as well, the following day. I apologized for the mug, however you are taking a risk staying here if you want to be blamed for things you had no control over/had nothing to do with. Also, the coffee machine WAS NOT working 100%, which I emailed in this app to advise, so I did a reset sequence and left it unplugged and went out to buy a small one. I was texted a video of her making coffee afterward to my phone, again not communicating in the app. We were long gone from the rental and I am glad that it is working, however the entire exchange after we had left was unnecessary and chastising and I had to ask her to please stop texting me.
