「Staff was exceptionally helpful. While I had a hard time knowing where to park, once I got to the reception area staff provided the pass for free parking and gave me instructions on how to reach the appropriate lot. Location is exceptionally good. The hotel itself is quiet but I could not put that in the rating because the night I was there, there was loud music two blocks away that went on until 23h on a Thursday night. 「Nice large room with balcony and nice Mountain View’s. Excellent breakfast. What really made the stay was the staff. My wife had an injury which hampered her mobility and everyone from breakfast staff to front desk went out of their way to make our stay easier. They turned a bad situation into a positive experience. Can’t say enough about everyone’s kindness 」
