「A great location - 10 mins from the old town and 5 mins to a tube station. We only used tge tube on one day and walked to everything else. Reception are supposed to be there 7am to 7pm, but seem to wander off! However, they are very speedy to arrive if you WhatsApp or ring the number displayed. It's a small hotel (18 rooms) so that's why there isn't a 24 hour reception. Everything is very new with lovely feather pillows and duvets and a nice bathroom with fluffy towels. My only recommendation is related to the breakfast served. Croissants could be fresh and not the ones in plastic bag with preservatives, the cereals could be in nice jars and not in the supermarket packaging, the cheese, ham and vegetables could be sliced better.
