However it is very difficult to reach. Search for "Ristorante Val Colla B&B" and you will find the correct location. It is in Bogno, not Gandria. 」

「We had an amazing stay at this B&B. The hosts were so generous and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We arrived early so they picked us up from the ferry port with our luggage to save us the walk/bus trip and continued to offer us lifts into Bellagio. 「日本人の方へ 広く、内装が新しく、綺麗なホテル（というかアパートメント）でおすすめです。 フォトウェディングのため広い部屋を探していましたが、ドレスへの着替えをしても余るスペースです。清掃や備品の補充は退室までなかったので、日本人からすると気持ちが楽だと思います（笑）移動の都合上1階を選びましたが、2階以上はコモ湖の北側が見えそうです。 スタッフが不在のため、チェックイン等はレンノの船着場の目の前のアルベルゴホテルです。事前メッセージや現地のいろいろ、とても親切に対応していただけました。ぜひまた泊まりたいです！Thank you！ ホテルの話ではないですが、バス移動が大変です。ホテルまでの道が基本1本しかないので、事故等あると通行止みたいなもので、到着までかなり時間がかかりますのでご注意を。」

The communication and the assistance, including the level of depth and detail of each, simply could not have been better (our principal point of contact was Francesca, who embodied the concept of "going the extra mile").
