"Separate rooms, comfortable bed, nice shower with enough pressure, properly working air conditioning. The breakfast is great and with freshly ground coffee. They have a fixed lunch menu that is served until 18:30 so you have no worries about getting something to eat. The wine list is rather decent with nicely picked local organic reds, whites and rosés. Maora beach is within walking distance from the property so no worries about parking either. A great place to stay as a base to explore...

"We had a lovely stay at Residence Sophia. We were given a lovely greeting and help with our bags. The cabin was exactly as advertised -clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The grounds were well maintained with very nice landscaping. The two swimming pools were brilliant, warm, clean and not crowded. Résidence Sophia is also in a great location for exploring the island easily via the T10. Thank you for a wonderful stay! "

"Instead of what the pictures and words mentioned, the house is a row house. It is very noisy and you are very close at the neighbors. So if you have bad luck, you don’t have a very quiet place. The pool is shared with more houses as well. The host is a lovely lady, but doesn’t speak good English. "

For the hot afternoons, a (heated) shared pool which came in useful after our days at the beach or hiking in the nearby amazing trails of Ospedale forest.
