「The view is amazing. The apartment was spacious and had parking right out front. If you have time, take advantage of the main hotel lakeside area and indoor pool/spas. Check in is at the main hotel. Use that address for GPS. It would be nice if they provided and couple of bottles of water and coffee to make in the room. 」

「日本人の方へ 広く、内装が新しく、綺麗なホテル（というかアパートメント）でおすすめです。 フォトウェディングのため広い部屋を探していましたが、ドレスへの着替えをしても余るスペースです。清掃や備品の補充は退室までなかったので、日本人からすると気持ちが楽だと思います（笑）移動の都合上1階を選びましたが、2階以上はコモ湖の北側が見えそうです。 スタッフが不在のため、チェックイン等はレンノの船着場の目の前のアルベルゴホテルです。事前メッセージや現地のいろいろ、とても親切に対応していただけました。ぜひまた泊まりたいです！Thank you！ ホテルの話ではないですが、バス移動が大変です。ホテルまでの道が基本1本しかないので、事故等あると通行止みたいなもので、到着までかなり時間がかかりますのでご注意を。」

「Without overstating it, I can say that I have never stayed at a hotel or other short-term rental with better service, both leading up to the stay and during it. The communication and the assistance, including the level of depth and detail of each, simply could not have been better (our principal point of contact was Francesca, who embodied the concept of "going the extra mile").
