「Nous avons passé une petite quinzaine de jours dans cette magnifique propriété, une ancienne bergerie rénovée. Les extérieurs sont magnifiques. Le jardin est planté de nombreux arbres fruitiers, la piscine est extrêmement agréable et protégée par les arbres. Des terrasses extérieures permettent de prendre l’apéritif ou les repas à l’ombre des tilleuls où d’une pergola recouverte de vigne. 「La propriété est magnifique dans un endroit extremement calme, en pleine nature , propice au repos. C'est un endroit ideal aussi pour la visite de la région. Entre la montagne avec ses magnifiques villages et belles randonnées ou la mer. La maison est grande et spacieuse. La propriété est immense et chacun peut y trouver un endroit pour s'y reposer. Je conseille vivement cette location. 」

「My wife and I stayed here for a few days of relaxation after spending a week in Rome. It is a rather large place to stay for just two people as it does have 5 bedrooms and a rather large living area, but we were very happy with it. The view was amazing and there were plenty of fun activities to do on the property between: tennis, swimming pool, ping pong, darts, pool, etc. There are also plenty of really good places to eat especially the Trattoria less than a km down the road. 「Wir haben eine wundervolle Zeit in der „Casa Oleandra“ in Gualdo verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit Gail war unkompliziert und sie hat immer innerhalb kürzester Zeit geantwortet. Kleine Problemchen wurden sofort und unbürokratisch gelöst.Das Haus bietet wirklich alles, um einen schönen Urlaub zu genießen. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und alles entspricht den Beschreibungen. Ganz besonders haben wir den tollen Pool genossen, der sehr gepflegt ist und zwei Mal pro Woche gereinigt wurde.Die Lage...

「Sehr schöne, ruhige Lage in einer nicht überrenovierten bäuerlichen Anlage. Absolut keine Beanstandungen bzgl Sauberkeit und Praktikabilität. Der Gastgeber war einfach nur herzlich freundlich, nichts Aufgesetztes! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Nach Visitation im kulturell spannenden Umland waren der Pool und Ruhe verantwortlich für die beste Erholung.」
