「The property is very beautiful and comfortable. The view is amazing! The balcony was the perfect place for morning coffee. It is about a 10-15 minute walk to town and the ferry! There is a pizza place and a produce store less than 5 minute walk. We enjoyed stopping for snacks at the pizza place on the way home each evening. The renta was clean, safe and well appointed. It even had an assigned parking spot. Would recommend 100%!!」

「We spent 4 nights in Varenna, which is a fantastic location to explore the Lake with great access to mid-lake ferry service. The apartment had everything we needed as a family of 4 adults. A wonderful welcome from our host was a fab start. Plenty of places to eat and drink and take in all that the Lake has to offer. Highly recommend.」

「This is a fabulous apartment right in the centre of Bellagio. Very spacious with everything that you need just off the main area. Not far from ferry. Staying here you feel that you are in the heart of Bellagio. Windows/ balcony open out to street below. Loved it!」

「Lovely little property 10 minute walk from Bellagio centre. Has all you need as somewhere to rest when exploring Lake Como. As mentioned in other reviews it was a bit damp with evident problems in the past with mould but over wise lovely and don’t let that put you off. Comfy bed and very clean apartment. 」

Marco was an excellent host. Treats and bottle of Prosecco gift from owner was greatly appreciated. We cannot say enough great things about this property ! Como are breathtaking」

「Andrea the co-owner was super helpful. We got there past the check-in got off time of 8 PM and he kept checking with us to make sure that we could get in and finally he did help us even at 9:30 at night almost close to 10 to help us take our luggage all the way up to the apartment. He made sure that we got dinner before the restaurant was closing. Walking distance to everything in town easy access to shopping restaurants Marina, very centrally located and a very comfortable and modern apartment...

「I will admit that i knew this property had no air conditioning. But, booking for the middle of September, I thought that we would be comfortable at night with open windows. HOWEVER, the street noise is very loud and goes all night!! You cannot sleep with the windows open. Save yourself some misery and restless sleep. The apartment is very cute and in a good location and this problem could be easily resolved for the future by adding some air conditioning!」
