「We reserved a room for 3 people and basically got a 2 bedroom unit for a very reasonable price. Beds were comfortable. Unit was clean. Location was great - beautiful view from the balcony over the countryside and was right in the center of the city so easy walking to restaurants and shopping. Parking was a bit of a hassle but I eventually found some. Included breakfast from a cafe on the street that was delightful. 」

「Es ist ein altes umgebautes und modernisietes Kloster hinter einer unscheinbaren Mauer und Holztür. Man wird direkt von der Rezeption in Empfang genommen und erhält eine erste kleine Rundführung. Die Zimmer selbst sind groß und schön eingerichtet. Das Bad ist sehr modern. Dem Service hätten wir gerne 6 Sterne gegeben, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Essen und Frühstück ist sehr lecker. Hotelanlage mit Pool und Whirlpool ist sehr schön eingetichtet und lädt zum verweilen ein. Der Ausblick...

「英語で駐車場の場所や仕組みなど質問したら、丁寧に回答を貰えました。また、到着予定時刻などを適宜共有することで、柔軟に対応してくれました。部屋はきれいで、ゆっくり休むことができました。朝食も美味しく、チーズは日本人の口にあうと思います。ホテルおよび駐車場へはレンタカーで向かいましたが、狭い道での運転に慣れている日本人であれば、ホテルの前に車を回せると思います。荷物を下ろしてから、駐車場に向かうことをおすすめします。」

「Ein super schönes Zimmer, sehr zentral mitten in Montepulciano. Es gibt einige Stufen zu überwinden und es gibt kein Lift (oft an diesem Orten wegen der alten bauweise) aber wie gesagt dafür tolle Lage und ein sehr schönes Zimmer - kann ich nur empfehlen.」

「Hotel is small, old and out-of-the-way but was in a beautiful Tuscan setting with a beautiful view from our balcony. There was a very reasonable restaurant across the street. The room was an excellent value for the money. The owner even gave us a ride to the train station when our early morning taxi failed to show up. 」
