Au coeur du village

Appartement très fonctionnel et très très propre, la piscine est un vrai plus. La terrasse et le petit potager sont très agréables. Il est très bien placé pour visiter le village à pied. Les hôtes sont particulièrement chaleureux et accueillants, on se sent en vacances comme en famille ;-)

Maison très bien équipée

Maison très bien équipée et super propre, les chambres et la salle d'eau manquent néanmoins de clarté de part la configuration. Nous n'avons pas profité de la piscine à cause du temps capricieux mais le confort était là (transats, table...) la propriétaire est très agréable. Pas grand chose dans le centre bourg (pas trouvé de boulangerie) et les rayons du magasin U faisaient peine à voir...nous avons du aller sur Porto pour faire des courses dignes de ce nom.

Een geweldig verblijf in een perfect appartement met een nagenoeg privé zwembad tot onze beschikking. Gelegen op een ideale plaats in een zeer mooi gedeelte van Corsica. Gaan zeker nog een keer terug.

Logement situé à deux pas du centre du village, avec toutes les commodités sur place (boulangerie, boucherie et petit supermarché - un peu cher mais bien pour dépanner). La maison est d'une propreté incroyable, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un séjour agréable : cafetière, clim, machine à laver, lave vaisselle etc ... Les hôtes sont très accueillants et répondent à toutes les demandes. Les voisins sont très sympathiques et bienveillants (nous leur adressons un clin d'oeil amical 😉). Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir.

Ein perfekter Aufenthalt! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung war wie beschrieben, wir hatten nichts auszusetzten. Unsere Zeit in Piana war sehr gut, angefangen bei der super Unterkunft, ruhig und trotzdem nur wenige Gehminuten ins Ortszentrum. Herrliche Wanderungen in der Nähe und der kleine Strand nur wenige Autominuten entfernt, alles hat gepasst.Vielen Dank an die nette Vermieterin für den freundlichen Empfang.

Piana était le point de départ idéal pour nos randonnées et sorties en famille. Le logement était parfait et ne laissait rien à désirer. Le point culminant pour nos enfants après chaque voyage était la piscine. Contact très agréable et hospitalier! Encore une fois avec plaisir!

Super Ferienwohnung in tollem Ort

Große, modern und komfortabel eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit privatem Swimmingpool. Genau so wie im Inserat beschrieben. Wir hatten die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss. Darüber liegt glaube ich eine zweite, ganz ähnliche Ferienwohnung, die zum Zeitpunkt unserer Reise aber nicht belegt war, so dass wir den Pool ganz für uns alleine hatten. Piana ist ein kleiner Ort, bietet mit seinem historischen Ortskern, mehreren guten Restaurants, der Nähe zum einmalig schönen Wandergebiet in der Calanche und der Nähe zum traumhaft schönen Strand Plage d‘Arone aber alles, was es für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Wir waren schon häufiger dort, in verschiedenen Objekten. Dies ist definitiv eine der schönsten Ferienwohnungen die wir bis jetzt gesehen haben. Die Vermieterin lebt selbst nicht dort, war für uns aber telefonisch immer erreichbar und ist sehr nett. Betreut wird die Wohnung durch ihren Vater, der um die Ecke wohnt. Einziger Knackpunkt: Der Vater wollte, dass wir einen zusätzlichen, viele Seiten umfassenden Mietvertrag auf Französisch unterschreiben, mit peinlich genauer Auflistung des Inventars (Anzahl der Löffel in der Schublade und so, und das waren wirklich viele!). Das haben wir abgelehnt, da das Nachzählen sämtlicher Positionen wohl einen ganzen Tag gedauert hätte und weil unsere Französisch-Kenntnisse dafür lange nicht gut genug sind. Außerdem gibt es ja schon den Vertrag über FeWo-direkt. War aber schlussendlich kein Problem. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Rez de jardin bien situé. Appartement moderne dont l'intérieur est plus agréable que l'extérieur

Cet appartement en rez de jardin est très spacieux, propre et bien équipé. Les literies sont de qualité. L'accueil est sympathique et la situation au coeur de Piana est proche de toutes les commodités. Deux bémols cependant : les pièces sont assez sombres et sans vue ni dégagement, notamment les chambres, (ce doit être différent avec l'appartement du 1er étage) et la terrasse délimitée dans la cour par des pots de fleurs est toute petite (la photo est trompeuse) et sans intimité avec le voisinage qui passe quelle que soit l'heure (la terrasse du 1er, plus vaste, doit être plus agréable).

Excellent séjour en famille à Piana

L’appartement est très spacieux et bien équipé. Il est proche du centre du village mais situé au calme. La piscine est très agréable, nos enfants (11 et 13 ans) ont adoré. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine en famille à Piana. Merci à toute la famille pour l’accueil (et c’est promis, nous planterons des betteraves rouges l’année prochaine 😉) Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Super vacances chez Mr et Mme De Franchi. Maison en état neuve, très bien équipée dans l’ensemble de plus décorer avec un très bon goût moderne, fonctionnel. Piscine privée super géniale avec bain de soleil pour bronzé. Accueil au top, nous garderons un super souvenir de Théo le chasseur pêcheur et ces bons moments passés en sa compagnie.
