7th stay here in the last 9 years and always very satisfied with the hotel, can do with a little refurb in certain areas however it’s still perfect for us, just enough distance from the loud music but also close enough to beach and Bangla rd. also staff are amazingly helpful with every need met. Cece from housekeeping does an amazing job and the attention to details she uses to clean the rooms is absolutely perfect. She goes above and beyond to make sure rooms are kept clean and very respectful.

Terrible experience!

Terrible Stay, they did cut electricity first day saying the room was not paid when it was of course, then I discover that they have bugs in the bed, the room is very very dirty and bad. Avoid this hotel or your will regret!

Did not stay at hotel. It was far from beach, name of hotel is misleading. When I arrived no one was at reception. Waited 30 mins to an hour to check in but couldn’t find anyone on the property. Reception is in the parking garage. Felt unsafe so left for another hotel. Do not stay here, it’s also very much under construction. Lots of scaffolding everywhere. Just don’t do it

The property had a cockroach, ants and spiders. The toilet was unclean and it kept blocking whenever we used it. The whole property needs a proper sanitary wash. The cleaners, receptionist and management were quite unprofessional hence couldn't help us with basic enquiries.

When we arrived we received a room where there was dirt on the floor and not even a shower curtain in the bathroom. We asked to be upgraded since the room was filthy and there was mold in the bathroom. We asked for a new room but also that room was dirty with mold in the bathroom. We checked out that night and booked another hotel. Unfortunately we did not get our money back. We do absolutely not recommend.

The first photo showed a view of the beach, when we arrived we were nowhere near the beach. The bed / pillow were very hard. When we asked for an extra pillow we had to pay 200 baht for it.

המלון ממוקם באיזור מוסכים, קיימת עליה מאוד קשה ברגל לכיוון המלון, נהגי במוניות לא מכירים את המלון, ההגעה מאוד קשה, המלון ממוקם באמצע חניון מכוניות. החדרים ברמה מאוד ירודה, לא מתוחזק אינו נקי המזרונים זוועה עד כדי כך שהקפיצים יוצאים מהמזרן. הכספת בכל החדרים אינה תקינה מנהלת המלון מתנהגת בצורה גזענית ומיד צועקת על האורחים כאשר מעלים טענה ואפילו הכי קטנה, התמונות לא משקפות בכלל את המלון, לא מומלץ בעליל

Uma das piores experiências que tive com hotel. Hotel péssimo, staff muito mau educado, não tinha wifi funcionando o quarto não era como nas fotos, tomei choque eletrico ao lugar um abajur visto o fio estar descascado e interruptor quebrado, não haviam armários, minha roupá ficou dentro de malas jogadas no chão pois não havia onde colocar. Peso travesseiro extra e nunca veio. Não havia locais no banheiro onde pendurar uma toalha, um absurdo. Recepção altamente mau treinada e mau educada assim como a maioria dos funcionários em todos os setores. Difícil comúnicacão visto não falarem inglês. Ou seja, fui embora um dia antes pois estava tudo péssimo. Gostaria muito q o hoteis.com me reembolsase uma diária. No checkin fiquei mais de 1 hra esperando visto não acharem minha reserva e ainda tive que escutar que eles nunca ouviram falar de hoteis.com Ridículo

Very good experience!

I stayed at Bayshore Ocean View for a week and it was a perfect staying: the staff is excellent, extremely supportive and very professional. The hotel is in very good condition. The room was clean and bright. Only internet connection wasn't great, but a part from that it was a very pleasant staying. The place is very central but far enough from the buzz and chaos of the main street. We can reach Patong beach in 15 minute walking and the hotel provide the clients with a shuttle bus anyway. I would definitely recommend to stay there!

So much goodness

I've been traveling Asia for many years and never given a review. I stayed here in low season August 2017. Traveling as a solo daddy with my 1 year old baby girl which is hard work. The facilities and the staff made it a breeze.I arrived having initially booked only one week and after that week I booked another three. Wonderful wonderful staff I'm so thankful I chose this place as my first solo daddy traveling experience. Much love to Bayshore.

Great hotel service and location excellent price

Great hotel service and location and excellent price. Highly recommend. Hotel food is great. Market food great. Anyone travelling to Thailand make sure you take plenty of cash and don't rely on bank cards most don't have that facility and the service charges for ATM withdrawal are ridiculously expensive 220bht plus your own bank fees.

I have stayed in Phuket many times this was the worst hotel experience. Don't waste your time and money.
