Nice hotel, near to food market

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days. They gave us room with balcony. When I entered my room, I like it because the room was very spacious, and clean. But another day I found some cockroach behind the chair, too bad. I ordered club sandwich, and the taste is okay. Big sandwich with french fries. When I asked the receptionist for laundry, the service only before 5 PM, and it will returned to us tomorrow after 5 PM because they didn't laundry inside the hotel.

In der ersten Nacht wurde ich ins Nachbar Hotel gebracht weil alle Zimmer voll waren und am nächsten Tag erst konnte ich in mein eigentlich gebuchtes Zimmer..

Room big. Staff friendly. Furniture aged. Near night market and convenience store. Easy walk to beach and mall and Bangla street. Hotel has restaurant. Provides kettle and two free bottled water daily.

Bra hotell i utkanten av Patong.

Jag har bott på detta hotellet massor av gånger och kommer tillbaka varje gång. Hotellet brukar vara speciellt prisvärt under lågsäsong men under högsäsong kan det vara värt att titta på andra alternativ. Den största nackdelen med detta hotellet är att det inte finns pool. Annars finns det inte mycket att klaga på. Personalen är mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Tänk på att standardrummen inte har något fönster. Jag bodde i ett deluxerum med balkong ut mot gatan så man hör trafiken rätt mycket in till rummet.

Great location and decent room

The hotel is probably the best value in terms of where it is located. It is a long distance from the Phuket airport so be ready to pay about 800 baht or so (which is what we paid). The Lemongrass' owner Cedric, set up airport pickup after I emailed and inquired about it. The hotel is nothing fancy, but you have the basics. Unless you intend to spend a lot of time in your room, it serves the purpose. A downside was that the air conditioner was placed directly facing the bed so the cold air blew directly on us while we slept which made things a little uncomfortable because the room got very hot when we turned it off. So we decided to leave it on and just sleep with sweaters. Our room had a little balcony facing the street which was a plus considering that the room was a bit dark and lacked some lighting. The restaurant downstairs is convenient because it opens up early and stays open fairly late and serves drinks at the bar. Nice if you have an early day and want to get some breakfast before venturing out. Best part of our stay was the location.

Astonishingly great value

For the ridiculously low price I was amazed at quality of the amenities. Better equipped and decorated than hotels in Thailand at 3 x the price. Hotel staff were friendly, although the restaurant staff really wanted to be anywhere but there.

Nicht das erstemal im Lemongrass. Sehr freundliches Personal. Einzige Kritikpunkte sind kein Pool und die laute Straße vorm Hotel. Trotzdem immer wieder gern

Excelente ubicación y relación calidad precio.

A 10 min andando de la playa y a 15 del centro de Patong lo que quiere decir que está cerca de todo pero se puede dormir agusto sin ruidos. El personal fantástico. El restaurante-bar asequible y bueno. Excelente relación calidad precio.

Todella hyvää palvelua edulliseen hintaan. Hyvin englantia puhuva ja palvelualtis henkilökunta. Meidän varaukseemme ei kuulunut aamiainen, mutta ruoka oli kyllä oikein hyvää siellä syödessämme. Liikenteen melu kuului huoneeseen yölläkin, mutta se oli odotettavissa. Huone oli todella siisti ja tilava. Myöskin retkipalvelut ja matkojen järjestämiset sujui kätevästi hotellin kautta. Sijainti rauhallinen ja hyvä, mutta rannalle, ostoskeskukseen ja banglalle on matkaa. Suosittelen tätä hotellia lämpimästi kaikille!
