もう泊まりません

まず９時にホテル？に到着。しかし駐車場の男の人が出ただけで、受付の人はもう帰って寝てるという。（12時までチェックイン可能だと言われていたのに）そこから、原付に荷台を付けたものに説明なしで乗せられ移動。４人+スーツケースもあって凄く怖かった。そしてヴィラに到着して鍵を渡され、チェックインは明日だという、部屋自体は広くて良かったが、掃除が行き届いてなさすぎる。シャワーに石があるのだが、掃除してないせいか苔が生えてて、水槽のような匂いがするし、ベットの下テレビ台の下などちょっと見えないところは埃まみれ、場所は、周りには歩いて行ける場所は何もない。その割に車通りが多いので静かでもない。花火の打ち上げ場所に近いのか、ニューイヤーの時は凄い音がする。とにかく、何をするにもお勧めできない所です。もし泊まるならば移動手段（レンタカー）などを確保していくことをお勧めします

静かでのんびり過ごせる素敵なホテル

歩いて行ける距離にはレストランが１件あるだけで、後は何もない本当に静かなｖｉｌｌａです。部屋数も５部屋しかないので、ほとんど他の宿泊客に会うこともありません。空港から車で２０分程度なのでパトンなどに行くよりはずーっと近いです。まずは空港でレンタカー（１日９００ＴＨＢ）を借りるのがお勧めです。レンタカーを借りたらすぐに燃料チェックをしないと、ほとんど燃料は入っていません。ホテルはリビングダイニングのメインルームとベッドルームｘ２があり、それぞれにトイレとシャワーが付いています（私は１ベッドルームでの予約だったのでゲストベッドルームは使用できませんでした）。浴槽はメインベッドルームに付いていますが、利用しませんでした。リビングルームとベッドルームの間に８ｘ３ｍくらいのプライベートプールがあります。部屋は広く、清潔ですが、眺めは屋上に上がっても周りの畑が見えるくらいで、海も見えないので良いとは言えません。今まで５回のプーケット旅行ではビーチ沿いに宿泊していたので、この点だけは少し残念でした。部屋には鍋、食器、ナイフ・ホーク・スプーン、インスタントコーヒー、２ドア冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、ＩＨコンロなど一通りのものは揃っていますが、食器布巾は自分で持って行ったタオルを使用しました。水は一人５００ｍｌのペットボトルが毎日補充されますが、たまに補充されないこともあります。タオルはシャワールーム近辺に使用済みのものを置いて置くと毎日交換してくれますが、きちんと全て交換してくれるとは限りません。我々の場合はフェイスタオルが１日おきくらいに交換されましたがバスタオルは毎日交換してくれました。敷地内には６匹の猫と２匹の犬がいました。猫は自分の担当の部屋があるかのように、基本的には同じ猫が毎日部屋の周りにいますが、たまに他の猫も遊びに来ます。雷が鳴った時などは部屋に入れてほしいとおねだりしてきます。我々はブチ・トラ・チャトラ・クロ・ブチトラ・チョットブチと勝手に名前を付けていましたが、一番のお気に入りはクロです。アースマットなどの虫よけの購入う、虫刺され薬を持って行くことをお勧めします。我々はいつも朝食・昼食はスーパーでパンやチーズ・野菜・ドレッシング・マーガリン・ハム・牛乳・シリアルなどで済ませ、・水１．５Ｌｘ６本を買って、日本から持って行ったポカリスエットなどの粉末の飲み物を凍らせて毎日ブルーキャニオンでゴルフをして過ごします。ゴルフ後はプライベートプールに飛び込み、シャワーを浴びてから昼食を取り、その後色々な街やビーチに出かけてマッサージやディナーを楽しむと言った過ごし方なので、このホテルは非常に満足度の高いホテルでした。

A quiet villa for couple's getaway

1) Very spacious and clean villa 2) Location is very secluded so its best to get their drivers to pick you up to get to their villa 3) No food places in the vicinity but there is food delivery service in the villa. So if you are lazy to travel out and eat, ordering delivery is the only option you have. Don't worry, the delivered food is fantastic! 4) Staff were very prompt in replying messages and texted us before the trip to provide help in the giving the location

Beliggenheden er ikke god, det er slet ikke det samme som på billederne. Vi så en slange første dag vi ankom. Det her sted kan slet ikke anbefales!

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY!!!!!

This property is horrible! First of all the photos used to advertise this property are severely outdated. This property is plagued with feral cats. Furthermore, the 3 bedroom villa that I reserved and paid for in advance was infested with ants in the bathroom, and some other unidentifiable insects in the kitchen and common living areas. Additionally, one of the bathrooms had structural damage as there was a noticeable gap between the main wall and ceiling (you could see the sky and vegetation). My family and I immediately went back to the office and spoke with the manager. She advised that the ants were inside the villa to escape the pending precipitation (bright sunny outside) to which I advised her that an ant infestation was unacceptable. She then offered to move us to another property that was almost an hour away. I need everyone to know that we had already traveled almost an hour to reach this property from the airport after 20+ hours of travel from the United States. That was a big fat no! First of all, you falsely advertised this property and wasted my taxi fare to go there and there was absolutely no way I would trust that the next villa at a different property would be clean, safe and ant.bug free as this one was not. I immediately asked for a refund as my family and I needed to secure SAFE and CLEAN accommodations for our week long stay in Phuket. Thank God for the kindness and courteous service we received at such short notice from ANOTHER resort in Phuk

Wonderfull villas

Very Nice villa, looks more or less, as on the pictures, they clean it very well everyday and also the pool. I would go there again. It is a bit far away from everything, But you Can rent a scooter at the Villas that gives you the freedom to go where u want. Restaurants close by and 5-10 min with scooter to closest stores and shopping mall.

really nice place, perfect for couples who want to get some relax time. The manager was great she speaks english, she helped us with restaurant recommendations, getting a cab, getting around and they also took as to the beach and picked us up afterward. the apartment was really nice, the beach and the shopping/restaurant area close there where great.

Friendly People

We stayed and Taxied all around Phuket , Tried Scooter but their driving is a little scary The people are the friendliest I have come across.A safe place to travel, I hired a driver for a day, Who showed us Phuket including Elephants , Snakes , Dolphin show !!! Sites and Beaches which are hard too beat Shopping is good A great place to visit

Nice villa but not in layan or near the beach.

I booked the Layan villas but ended up staying at the Kirri villas as the owner owns both of these villas. The villa itself was lovely but it was literally in the middle of nowhere with no shops near by. The restaurant attached to the Kiri villas was pretty average with not many options and the staff can't speak English at all so communicating was often difficult. At one point we were barred from ordering from there as house keeping had misplaced there plates so no further orders could be placed until they were found. The pool was green when we arrived. The pool guy put chemicals in and told us we were not able to swim in the pool until 12pm the following day. He again put more chemicals in the next day and said not to swim in it which was very annoying. I wouldn't stay here again, it is a nice villa but the location and service isn't great.

Beautiful Villa

We got stuck on a very rainy weekend, it was a very comfortable set up, and the big open windows give a great view of the plants and the pool. The staff was great and helpful. Renting a motorbike was extremely helpful to get around, otherwise it is a bit expensive to taxi everywhere.

Private Dschungelatmosphäre im stylischen Bungalow

Ich habe den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die großzügigen und schönen Zimmer entsprechen den Photos. Fernsehen läuft über das Internet. Ich habe darüber Radio gehört. Ingesamt etwas umständlich, aber ich war nicht wegen des Fernsehens da. Der Internetempfang war sehr gut. Schöne luxuriöse Atmosphäre, aber schon mit etwas Abnutzungserscheinungen. Bei dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis würde ich sofort wieder hinfahren.

Tres mal entretenu. Dommage

Quand nous sommes entré dans la villa nous avons fait wahou Et tres vite on a déchanté. Ces villas ont 10 ans. Au départ ca devait être génial mais l'impression donne qu il n y'a eu aucun entretien depuis. La baignoire etait manquante seul reste là robinetterie. Les meubles de cuisine intérieur sale et plein d humidité . Le grille pain degueulasse. La piscine petite mal entretenu avec les projecteurs sorti. Les fils apparents. Pour la sécurité pas top. Des transats plus qu uses. Une vue de la terrasse du haut donnant sur la déchetterie du complexe. Et plein d autres déconvenues qui nous ont découragé et qui représente pas ce qu on voit sur les photos. Après avoir exprimé notre insatisfaction, Nous n avons finalement pas séjourné à layan villa. L hôtesse nous a envoyé dans une autre villa du même groupe a 5km de la . Nous n avons visite qu une villa mais je présume que les autres sont Dans le même état. C est dommage car le complexe paraissait intéressant bien que mal situé. ( rien autour)
