Relaxing stay

It's a £10 a night stay. Brilliant value for money. Clean and friendly. My wife and I only wanted a base as we were busy exploring during the day. It's a ten minute walk to walking street..but close to local restaurants. The staff are friendly and responsive. We s tayed here additional nights as it had all we needed.

La piscine ressemblait à un bol d'eau pour chien, mal entretenue et sale. Les draps étaient tachés de substances non identifiées. Il nous a fallu attendre 30 minutes pour que quelqu'un vienne à la réception pour nous remettre nos passeports. Hôtel en général assez médiocre et un service complètement absent. Les photos ne sont pas très représentatives de l'établissement.

Dojazd do hotelu drogą gruntową, co oznaczało spacery po błocie. Dużo lokalnych turystów. B słaba znajomość jęz angielskiego wśród pracowników recepcji. Można dojechać z promu autobusem. choć recepcja nigdy ci o tym nie powie - ale od czego jest Internet ! Basen stary, nie zachęcał do pływania. Nie korzystaliśmy mimo upału .

The girls on the reception are really helpfull and nice, they help with everything you need. The hotel its perfect for the stay in Phu Quoc. You can rent a Scotter at the hotel really cheap. For sure my wife and I will go back to the Orchead again really clean and quiet. Vietnamese people are the best.

Wouldn't recommend

We stayed in this hotel for one night. The staff didn't speak english at all and we're not very friendly. When we checked in they didn't give us any information about the hotel. Our room was all right, although the bed was hard as rock and we had to share a tiny blanket between two people which wasn't big enough so one of us had to use a towel as a blanket.. We went out and came home around 2am to see that the main gate was locked and the only way to get in was to crawl under the gate.. I did that and had to wake some other guests up to get the owners to open the gate for us and our scooter. They didn't even give us any apologies after this.

Âbsolute Katastrophe

Das Guest House ist im Low Budget Bereich angesiedelt, aber trotz des geringen Preises absolut gar nicht zu empfehlen. Es hält auch nicht mit uns bekannten Unterkünften im selben Preisbereich mit. Das Bad und auch das restliche Zimmer waren völlig ungeputzt und dreckig. Außerdem haben beide Räume gestunken und waren voller Mücken. Das Bett war sandig und nicht frisch bezogen, auf dem Schreibtisch lagen noch die Notizen unserer Vorgänger und die Tapete löste sich von den Wänden. Außerdem liegt es in einer dunklen Seitengasse, in welche wir uns bei Dunkelheit nur noch mit dem Taxi gewagt haben. Aufgrund vieler Hunde in der Nachbarschaft war es auch recht laut nachts. Die Betreiber sprechen recht wenig Englisch was die Beschwerde zusätzlich komplizierte. Wir sind nach einer Nacht vorzeitig abgereist.
