Probably the best place I've stayed at in Vietnam! It was super clean! The bathroom was neat tidy and clean ! Aircon was provided which was needed! The owner provided rental scooters which was convenient! The owner welcomed us and he was very friendly and helpful.

Die Bungalows sind sehr schon und gross. Jedes hat eine eigene Terrasse. Es gibt Einzel stehende oder in doppeltaktion. Sehr zu empfehlen.

De varmeste anbefalinger. Her er alt hvad man behøver, hvis man ikke forventer spa, swimmingpool og luksus. Er vant med til 2-3 stjernede overnatningssteder her i Asien, men dette slår alt. Alt er fuldstændig som på billederne, ikke noget Photoshop. Beliggenheden ca. 40 m. Fra hovedvejen, betyder at man ikke generes af gadelarmen. Huset er dejligt rummeligt, stort opholdsrum, stort badeværelse og hyggelig terrasse. Rengøring hver dag incl. rene håndklæder. Hvis vi skulle retur, ville vi helt klart bo her igen.

The only ding to the place was the wifi was really crappy. Otherwise staff was lovely, room was great, walking distance to everything and the breakfast omelette were delicious.

We and my friends had an amazing stay, this hotel is really clean and the staff is really friendly and helpful! The breakfast you could buy was really good and affordable!

Excellent

A charming place. Rural environment but no dawn awakening to farm noises. The place is amazingly quiet and restful. The rooms are fresh and well appointed. At the same time, restaurants, bars and supermarkets are within a few minutes walk as is the beach. The Bungalows are well run and the staff are delightful and helpful. Bike hire (a Honda Nuovo in good condition} is available on site at a fair rate. Breakfast is simple, filling and inexpensive. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I will recommend it to my friends.

Appalling checking in

Booked 3 rooms for the first night and 4 for the next two nights. First night checking in, was told only 2 rooms booked and was kept waiting for a while until the hotel sorted it out. The next day when I arrived and checked in I was told the hotel was overbooked and they had no room for me despite knowing that it was a family trip and all of my other family were in the other rooms. They told me they booked a room with a hotel nearby for me. I refused to be away from my family. No compensation was offered. I asked for a refund, they refused. It was appalling considering I booked and paid full amount weeks before departure. Having said that the hotel is clean with 10 rooms. Staff are overall friendly.

You need to cross the road to go to the beach, taxi will cost $31000 VND to take you from the night market back to Ngoc Viet Bungalow, taxi will cost $130000 VND to take you from the Airport to Ngoc Viet Bungalow, no swimming pool.

Super bra! Stort, fint och rent rum. Personal som kunde bra engelska och var jätte hjälpsamma. Man kunde beställa frukost till rummet för ett bra pris. Lugnt och skönt område och nära till stranden. Rekommenderar verkligen detta hotell !!

En bra bungalow

Ett toppenbra läge lite utanför staden. Tar ca 25 min att promenera in om man går lugnt. Bra renlighet, städade/plockade iordning varje dag och ordnade med nya handdukar mm. Synd att de har lite svårt med engelskan, men vi klarade oss. En bungalow med bra storlek för två personer och bra badrum. Elen la av en dag men det löste de fort. Ett ställe jag rekommenderar att bo på.

Kleine Bungalow Anlage 10 min vom Strand.

Hübsche gepflegte Bungaloes mit kleiner Terasse und liebevoll angelegtem Garten. Nah genug an Stadt und Restaurants um alles zu haben aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Frühstück nicht inklusive aber günstig und gut zu bestellen. Kann man dann auf der Terasse geniessen. Wir haben ins Motorroller in der Stadt gemietet. Darüber wurde die Rezeptionistin sehr wütend weil dort auch welche angeboten werden. Bißchen unprofessionell uns dafür ne Standpauke zu halten. Aber ansonsten auch netter Service.

Bungalowy nowe, czysto, ładnie bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, niedrogie śniadanie 25000-40000 dongów kawa 20000 przynoszone po zamówieniu na taras przed domkiem, mozna zamówić skuter 150000 dongów za dzień, taksówka hotelowa 130000 na lotnisko, pięć minut spacerkiem do knajpek i sklepików, 10 min na plażę, lodówka, czajnik jedynie przydałoby się mały basenik, ogólnie bardzo fajnie.

I really recommend this place!

This is a great place for what you will pay! if I'm going back to phi quoc i will most definitely stay here again. The staff are super helpful and speaks good English. Breakfast is good and is a reasonable price. Cosy little garden and really great bungalows which are quite big. The only downside is probably the location that it isn't on the beach but this is ok becuase it's only a 5 minute walk! So if you are going to pho quoc, stay at this place!

Остались только наилучшие воспоминания об отдыхе. Отель тихий, и очень красивый. Хозяева настолько любят свое дело. Если я выберу отдых на острове, то непременно поедем снова к ним. Рекомендуем.

En grei bungalow som ligger ca 2 km fra sentrum. Hyggelig betjening. De var hjelpsomme med å ordne turer. Frokost kunne bestilless på forhånd. Flere spisemuligheter ved hovedveien. 10 minutters gange til stranda hvor det var mulig å leie solseng. Ville nok ha ønskt og bodd noe nærmere stranda og sentrum. Phu Quoc kan nok gjøre noe med søppelet som ligger langs hovedveien.
