  • Boasting everything you need to make the best memories and more, Tempe Dream will have you slipping into the vacation mindset in no time. Any downtime indoors will be a blast with central air-conditioning to keep you cool, a plush sectional sofa to kick back on as you watch favorite shows on the flatscreen TV, and two spacious bedrooms to get a bit of privacy. Plus, the culinary-inclined guests will be excited to show off their skills in the wonderful galley kitchen that is equipped with stainless steel appliances, spacious countertops, and all of the utensils needed for easy prep. Don't forget to bring a favorite drink out to the private balcony as the sun goes down, as the views of the water are beautiful.

Enjoyed our stay

Great location, wonderful views and a real bonus of being able to open windows/patio doors to create a lovely cross breeze with the fans (and therefore no need for a/c). Spacious for two and had a comfortable bed. We would love to stay here again.

Wonderful Place to Stay

This vacation condo is in a great location and provided a true home away from home. It's so nicely decorated and very well stocked with lots of necessities and supplies. Our Stay at Vacasa was just what we were looking for. Enough room for our family of four to stretch out and relax after a busy day in Phoenix. The place was quiet and comfortable. Quite unique having a waterfront view. I enjoyed watching the ducks from the patio.

Property is in a great location. Beds were very comfortable. Shower pressure was great. Condo was well stocked. Connection for TV service was not great but that is splitting hairs. Would definitely stay again.

Familt get together for graduation

My partner had a graduation at ASU and members from both my family and his family flew in for support. This stay was perfect for us and my grandparents. It was very comfortable and being able wake up and look at the water while sipping coffee was great. The only thing I wish was different about this place is having two bathrooms verse one, and have space for guest parking. Other than that, I would love to stay here again.

Impressed with how well number of kitchen appliances, pots, pans and mixing/serving bowls there were. Nice to find in a rental property. Enjoyed the neighborhood and walking with our small dog to all the parks in the area. Nice to have the lake views and the birds etc. that visit there. Close to grocery stores, and restaurants. There are 23 steps, to the condo, so keep that in mind when renting. Could be difficult for older renters. The home was comfortable. Enjoyed our 6 weeks there.

The kitchen was fully equipped, and the unit was very clean with the exception of the bathroom. The bathroom was very old and the shower curtain had quite a bit of dirt on the bottom of the curtain. The other suggestion we would make is that the stairwell was very dark outside and quite steep for anyone that struggles with walking upstairs. The check-in process was excellent. It was quite a ways from the parking to the room.
