The Space:
Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood this retreat blends contemporary chic with effortless relaxation. Its open layout flows seamlessly into the living areas, where natural light enhances the space’s welcoming vibe, perfect for socializing.

Gather your companions for a friendly duel in the cornhole court or ping pong table. THE HOME

Head upstairs to find three nicely decorated bedrooms, including a master bedroom with high-quality bedding on a king-sized bed with direct access to an en-suite bathroom. The additional two bedrooms have access to a tastefully designed bathroom in the hallway. On the lower floor, there are two more bedrooms and an exquisite bathroom, next to a versatile den that transitions smoothly from a reading nook to a productive home office space or playroom.

Stepping into the backyard, you’ll find a charming portico, thoughtfully furnished with cozy seating and a unique dining set that effortlessly transforms into a ping pong table—perfect for enjoying alfresco meals or sparking some playful competition (we also have a cornhole set). Nestled within a beautifully green setting, a refreshing pool invites you to cool down, with lounge chairs ready for those moments of sun-soaked relaxation.

As the day transitions into night, gather around the inviting warmth of our firepit, comfortably seated in timeless Adirondack chairs. There's also a secluded outdoor lounge in the enclosed front patio, offering a perfect spot for quiet moments or entertaining close ones.

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES
Additional amenities include a large laundry area with new appliances, and a two-car garage with an electric car charging station. The outdoor space is equally thoughtful, with a verdant turf yard framed in charming white cobblestones. This home offers a peaceful retreat with all the conveniences for a delightful stay, reflecting the casual yet sophisticated essence of Scottsdale living.

PLEASE NOTE
To enjoy a heated pool, there's a daily fee of $132 for pool heating. A 3-day advance notice is needed to turn it on and there is a 3 day minimum.

For reservations extending beyond 30 days, a mid-stay cleaning will be charged to the guest.

Dog Friendly! Please note, while we allow dogs at this property, we charge a Pet Cleaning Fee. This fee varies depending on the dog's breed and size. Please provide the size of your dog (e.g. under 50lbs) and the breed and we'll get back to you from there!
