Fully equipped kitchen and outside BBQ. 2 smart TVs with Hulu Live. Close to Main Street, with independent restaurants, coffee shops and stores. Reserved covered parking. Owner managed. I'm a very experienced host and I really care.

Enjoy the pool in this quiet complex. The pool is for people staying at the condo; no invited guests. The pool is heated except for December 1 to January 31. The pool is controlled by the management and may be closed for repairs if necessary. There are no refunds given if the pool is not in working order during your visit.

If you are traveling with small children, this is the place for you. I have a pack and play crib, highchair, stroller, baby gate, infant bathtub, and children's toys and games. Let me know what you want and I will have them in the condo when you arrive at no extra charge, subject to availability.

You will have the entire condo to yourselves. The pool, barbecues and covered patio and seating space is shared. This is a small complex so you may have much of the common areas to yourselves.

This condo is on the second floor accessible by stairs.

The condo complex is in the heart of Old Town. While the unit and small complex are quiet, it's possible you may hear some neighbor or street noise.

Packages can be delivered to the door, but there is no USPS mail service available. (Please ask for FedEx or UPS delivery when ordering online.) For long term stays of one month or more, USPS mail service is available. Please ask for instructions.

The quilts on the beds may not be the same as the photos. I change them frequently to make sure they are perfect for my guests.
