Nestled in the peaceful desert community of Gold Canyon, this thoughtfully designed home is the perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy everything Arizona has to offer. Backing to a natural wash with peeking views of the Superstition Mountains, The Retreat at Gold Canyon offers privacy, comfort, and a quiet setting that makes it easy to slow down and unwind. Whether you're planning a family vacation, golf getaway, girls' weekend, or simply looking for a peaceful escape, you'll appreciate the comfortable layout and serene surroundings this home has to offer.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home features a split floor plan, creating privacy for everyone in your group. The spacious great room offers plenty of comfortable seating for gathering together after a day of exploring. Need additional sleeping space? A Queen size Murphy bed is conveniently tucked into the living room cabinetry and can accommodate two additional guests.

The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and stocked with the essentials needed to prepare meals during your stay. Enjoy your morning coffee at the dining table while planning your adventures, or settle in at the dedicated workspace if your travels include a little business along with pleasure.

The primary suite is located on its own private wing of the home and was designed with comfort in mind. This spacious retreat features a King size bed, TV, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, and direct access to the backyard patio through a sliding glass door. The en-suite bathroom includes dual sinks, a garden tub, separate shower, and plenty of space to get ready for the day.

On the opposite side of the home, you'll find two additional guest bedrooms, each furnished with King size beds, TVs, and ceiling fans. These bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

Step outside and discover your own private backyard oasis. Spend your days lounging beside the sparkling pool, fire up the propane BBQ for dinner, or gather around the firepit on cool desert evenings. Backing to a natural wash, the backyard offers exceptional privacy and a peaceful atmosphere. The quiet neighborhood, beautiful desert surroundings, and comfortable outdoor living spaces make this the perfect place to relax, reconnect, and enjoy everything that makes Gold Canyon special.
The pool can be heated October through May for an additional fee of $60/night plus tax.

Amenities ~
Free WiFi for the duration of your stay. All TVs in the home are Smart TVs and allow you to stream your favorite apps. Dedicated workspace for guests who need to work remotely.

Parking ~
Parking is limited to three cars, feel free to park in the garage and the driveway. No parking for trailers, commercial vehicles or RV's.

Important: To finalize your reservation, before you arrive you will be asked to complete our rental agreement and guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

Rental Age ~
Must be at least 28 years old to book.

Noise Policy ~
Red Mountain Rentals enfoces good neighbor policies on all managed properties. Renting homes in a neighborhood/community is a privilege and must be treated as such. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community. All outdoor speakers and TV's must be turned off between the hours of 10PM and 8AM. Violation of this rule will result in removal from the home without refund.
Anyone found to be violating noise ordinances will be subject to an immediate $500 fine.

Pet Policy ~
This is a pet-free home. No pets are permitted under any circumstance.

Smoking Policy ~
This is a non-smoking home. Smoking is prohibited in the entire premesis. No smoking, vaping or using e-cigarettes of any kind are permitted inside or outside of the property under any circumstances. Violating this will result in the guest being fully liable for any damage resulting from it.

Damage Policy ~
Guests are required to purchase a Damage Insurance Policy through Rental Guardian at the time of booking.
Guests will be charged for any and all damage not covered by the Rental Guardian Insurance Policy and/or any damage deductibles for covered items by the Rental Guardian Damage Insurace Policy purchased at the time of reservation.

Reservation Payments ~
50% of the total reservation is due at the time of booking
Payment in full is due and will be automatically charged 30 days from arrival date.

Cancellation Policy ~
Reservations may be cancelled for a full refund up to 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled between 30 and 15 days of arrival will receive a 50% refund. Reservations cancelled at 14 or less days before arrival will not receive a refund. Total reservation payment will be forfeited. Early departure or shortened stay does not warrant a refund.

Security Cameras ~
All of our homes have security cameras installed on the front of the garage, facing the street. These cameras are the property of Red Mountain Rentals. There may be additional security cameras on the front of the property (such as Ring Doorbells or cameras monitoring the side gate entrance) as well that are maintained by the homeowner. Neither the homeowner or Red Mountain Rentals has installed any security cameras in the backyard or inside of the home. Tampering with any security camera may result in removal from the home without refund.
