The Downtown Phoenix Hidden Bungalow

  • This is a private detached studio , tucked away in a quiet Cul De Sac in downtown Phoenix. This studio offers a King size bed, and 1 adventurous ladder climb to a raised platform twin bed for another guest to sleep . There is a full kitchen with a breakfast bar and 2 bars stools. It has its own full size bathroom with shower . The living space is cozy and cute with 1 spacious porch to relax and enjoy a true indoor, outdoor stay .
    We are walking distance less than 1 mile to the Phoenix Convention Center, the Arizona Science Center, and the Phoenix Childrens Muesum . If you are a sports fan this is the place to stay, the Chase Field home of the Arizona Diamondbacks Baseball team is a couple of blocks away and the Foot Print Center home of the Phoenix Suns basketball Team and Concert venue is 0.7 miles away. The area is also close to lots of great restaurants .
    The Phoenix Light Rail is a block away to take you to Downtown Phoenix or Tempe home of the Arizona State University and College Scene , and all the way into Mesa .
    You can also take the Phoenix Light Rail to the Sky Harbor Airport. The Light Rail will take you to the Sky Tram and drop you off at the different Terminals at the Airport.

Take out all trash to the big green dumpster , it’s located just out the driveway and to your right. Blue is for recycling .
Remove all opened food , any unopened food you can’t take with you we can donate ! Thank you !
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Dishes must be washed not left in sink trash picked up inside and outside , put in dumpster.
Strip sheets and dirty towels put in hamper.
