The Aria - 4BR/3BA Oasis with Heated Pool, Spa & Fun Games

This stunning, fully updated 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom single-level home features TWO MASTER SUITES! There’s plenty of space for the entire family at this Scottsdale Oasis, just minutes from Old Town, stadiums, the airport, and all the shopping, dining, and entertainment you desire. The backyard includes a heated pool, hot tub, putting green, BBQ, gas fire pit, and outdoor dining.

For Pool Heat - we charge $75/day from October-April, and $25/day during other months if requested. There is a 2-day minimum during winter/spring. Discounts available for stays of 5 nights or more.

This house is not suitable for parties/events, as our home is in a quiet residential area.

This is your ideal haven for Family Reunions, Gatherings (no parties- just your group please!), Golf Trips, Spring Training, Couples’ Getaways, and anyone wanting to spend some time in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale and experience all that this amazing city offers.

✴ LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!

Convenient access to the 101 Freeway, which will take you anywhere you need to go! Uber or Lyft are readily available, as are golf carts and electric scooters.

Walk a few blocks to grab your morning coffee at the nearby Starbucks. Or if you have a donut fix, the Local Donut Shop is less than a half-mile away!

This is a SMOKE-FREE & PET-FREE home. In the event that you will be traveling with a service animal, please ask the host to send over the Courteous Conduct and Cleanliness Agreement for your review and agreement prior to your stay.

You'll have access to the entire house with the exception of locked cabinets where extra supplies are stored.

Other things to note:
There is a video doorbell, exterior of the front door, which records 30 sec. facing the front yard upon motion detection. Another camera faces the backyard seating /firepit /putting green and does not overlook the pool or hot tub area, and another facing the gate and pool equipment area.


There is also a noise decibel monitor on at all times, which does not record audio, but tracks how loud the general environment is.

This property was a great fit for my family of 5. It is set up very nicely however for a large family. 2 master suites, one room with bunk beds that fit a total of 6 sleepers, and another room with 2 queens. We enjoyed the pool, hottub, and legit putting green!

Great house conveniently located near olde town ans proximity to Barrett Jackson and everything aroind Scottsdale. The house was well appointed and the host provided everything you need when away from home.

We had a family get-together in Scottsdale and couldn't have chosen a more perfect place to stay. Location Great! Quiet neighborhood Great! House has everything you need, comfy beds, great shower's and kitchen but the best is the back yard where we hung out and putted, swam and bbq'd. Thanks for GREAT time!!!!

This home is wonderful. It was clean, wonderfully decorated and had all the amenities needed. The beds were very comfortable. And the backyard is wonderfully planned and leaves you wanting for nothing. We all enjoyed the putting green, comfy lounge chairs by the pool, swimming in the very clean pool and relaxing in the hot tub, and sitting around the fire pit. Recommend staying here !

This a wonderful home. The home is very clean and brightly decorated. It is beautiful. It has all the supplies you need, plenty of towels, so many seats to eat at (I think my kids counted 15!), laundry supplies, bathroom supplies, etc. Then all the extra amenities like pool, hot tub, mini golf, foosball made for a great stay for the teens and younger kids alike. There's enough beds for everyone, and the beds are actually comfortable. It has two master suites in case you are splitting with another family. Then smart TV's in the rooms, one viewable from the hot tub, makes for more fun. The location is perfect too. Everything we wanted to do happened to be right down the street. We didn't even plan it but it's just in a great part of town and location with easy access to food and fun. I look forward to visiting again soon!

My husband and I brought our son and a friend to chase field to see the giants play the diamondbacks ! It was perfect valet parking indoor stadium it was 110’ that day! Then they went to celebrate his birthday oldtown Scottsdale a few blocks from our stay here! Everything was clean . Was easy to get in the house it had everything we needed and it stayed cool the hole time ! There is a pool to chill in and a hottub was nice ! The rooms are nicely decorated we all had our own bathrooms and the rooms are nicely separated so you have your own space . Nice kitchen island to gather around as well. We cooked we went out to near by restaurants ! It’s was 112 the 3 days we stayed the house was cool the hole time it has a mini golf greens as well . The host was there every time i needed info or to communicate ! Very nice friendly no problem finding it or no one bothered us! Quiet neighborhood ! Thanks again ! 4 star

Really enjoyed this property— the owners gave a lot of thought for the rental and provided some really nice extras. Checkout was simple and didn’t have a long list of to-dos. Well furnished and exactly as described without being overdone. Would recommend! Thanks for a great stay.
