The space
Enjoy a relaxing getaway at our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in the sunshine! This home has everything you need while you are away from home. The perfect location for golfers, baseball fans, those looking to explore the Phoenix area, and anyone wanting to sit back and relax in the warm weather. Our master bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed, and plenty of accommodations to make your stay feel like home. If you enjoy art and decor, this home has so much to meet the eye in the fun and welcoming decor. We know accommodating extra guests is a nice perk, so you can invite the whole family! House is all set up for 6 tenants if needed. Please note that the garage is occupied by our car.

MASTER BEDROOM: King size bed, small dresser, dressing chairs, walk-in closet, full length mirror, ensuite bathroom.
SECOND BEDROOM: King size bed, large dresser w/ mirror, wardrobe, walk-in closet, adjacent to second bathroom.
LIVING ROOM: Leather furniture and 65” smart TV so you can login to your favorite streaming accounts.
FORMAL DINING: Beautiful dining room table was purchased from a local artist. This table for 6 can expand to make it larger or shrink to make it smaller, perfect for any occasion.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, double ovens, pots and pans, dishware for 8, silverware, cooking utensils, Keurig pod coffee maker, microwave, blender, toaster, citrus juicer …everything you need!
BREAKFAST NOOK: Table for four in front of the sliding glass door overlooking the backyard, citrus trees and patio.
ARIZONA ROOM: Just off the kitchen and breakfast nook are comfortable reclining chairs and Laz-y-boy couch to relax and enjoy the second 65” smart TV. This room also includes a built-in desk to set up a laptop or get some work done.
LAUNDRY ROOM: Washer, dryer, and utility sink. Also two twin beds for extra guests, or a good place to fold your laundry.
COVERED PATIO: Table for four along with a comfortable chat set.
GARAGE: Occupied by owner's car.
Guest access
You have the entire house to yourself. The garage will be occupied by our car. If the citrus is in season, you are welcome to pick and enjoy the tangerines, lemons, or grapefruit. Guests staying an extended period of time are able to purchase passes for the rec centers payable to SCW. Currently the price is $86 per person for 30 days. To purchase passes one person must be at least 55.
Other things to note
Important Notes

-To provide an additional layer of security for our guests, this property features an exterior security video surveillance doorbell. There are no interior cameras.
-Keyless entry. Each guest will be given a unique 4 digit code to unlock the front door so you don’t have to worry about losing the key.
-This home is located in the fly-over zone for Luke Air Force Base, and you will occasionally hear the sounds of freedom from the jets training. Although we enjoy this special treat, this may be an item to consider prior to booking. We will not issue refunds due to complaints from the jet noise.
-We will provide laundry detergent, fabric softener, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and hair dryer for your convenience.
