Overall was ok. Communication was not great after check in. Check in instructions were sent in good time and was easy Upon arrival the house smelled clean. Bed in the middle room was very soft and was only good for 1 person. Rooms each had their own TV and ceiling fan which was very nice! We booked this property for price point and intention of utilizing the outdoor space. The pool itself was clean and they had it heated as we requested. The cleanliness of the outdoor area was very disappointing. The furniture was dusty and dirty. Area around pool was the same. The outdoor kitchen was covered in dirt. Pool furniture was in rough shape with the cushions covered in rips with cotton falling out. The pool cover was partially rolled up which made it hard to enter the pool from that end. Tried to roll it up more but it was ripped and flaking everywhere. There was a floatie that was laying on the deck deflated and covered in dirt. Not sure if it was left there from the last people or intended for our use. Dirty sock hanging on fence. They need to take better inventory of the supplies they say they are providing. There was no coffee, laundry soap, dishwasher tablets and we had no extra toilet paper. Dish soap was almost empty. Security screen in living room beeped constantly b/c low battery. It took many calls to have someone come and look at it. The person arrived 2 hours after they said and showed up at 10pm, we were in bed. Overall was ok. But better care is needed in areas.
