Very nice condo!

We stayed one week and it was a fantastic time. The condo is centrally located. I would only have one recommendation, and that is to have access to a BBQ.

This is the perfect spot if you want to explore Scottsdale. Please was clean and looked even better in pictures. Glad we found this place.

Enjoyable

My husband and I went for a getaway. Location was great for visiting to Flagstaff and all points inbetween. Finding condo was easy. Parking spot under a cover was nice for keeping car cooler. No complaints of amenities or working condition of...anything. All was good. Communication was excellent. Keep in mind when they give a check in time, it was ahearded to. The pool and hot tub were refreshing and appreciated after a long day of hiking and sight-seeing. There was complains of traffic noise when sleeping. We did not experience that.

Enjoyable stay!

Our condo was clean, quiet and well supplied with necessities for kitchen and bath. The beds were comfortable contributing to good night’s sleep. The pool looked inviting but unfortunately the weather was too cool for us to take advantage of it. The owner subscribes to a wide range of TV channels. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

A nice place to stay in Phoenix

The property was clean and well maintained. Manager was easy to get a hold of. The pool is not heated, so no go in November and the jacuzzi was being repaired during the entire stay, so no go either. Another small annoyance was that Thomas Rd is loud and the master bedroom window is facing it directly, so sleeping with an open window was not possible. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Not a good choice

Well, this VRBO was VERY disappointing. Briefly . . . tricked by the photos compared to the actual appearance. Far from the pool. Confused lock system. Extremely slow WIFI almost not working. Showers flow and temperature completely not functioning. The owner lacking in communication - very very slow. Asked for non-feather pillows and seemed request ignored. No kettle? All utensils dirty. All pans curved and don't sit on the stove. All pans coating coming off. Owner should stay over night and make effective changes immediately. For the cost, rather disappointed and not recommended at all!

Nice cute 2 bedroom unit with large living room and kitchen. Easy access, parking is good and under cover. Only issue we had to report to the manager was the dryer door would not stay closed. The manager said he would fix it when we left. Not a big issue.

Great stay - but not quite a 5 star property

We had a very nice stay at this cozy condo. Spent four nights here while taking in three MLB Spring training games. This is a solid 4 out 5 star property. Unfortunately, this condo is half a block away from a very busy street and the road noise in the master bedroom made it difficult to sleep. We would recommend that a dresser or chest of drawers be added to each bedroom for incidentals, and the shower head in the master bath could use an upgrade. All in all, we enjoyed our stay here.

Fun Trip

Clean and comfortable 2 bdrm 2 full baths for my daughter and me. Easy access to ballparks and golf courses. Well stocked kitchen items. Nice to have covered parking. The bedrooms could use dresser drawers.

Comfortable bed, clean and be happy to return…

The bed was comfortable, extra towels, and the washer and dryer in the unit were deeply appreciated by the both of us. Parking was close by and we felt safe in that area.

Clean Cute Place

We loved the cute place. So nice to have 2 bathrooms. The kitchen and balcony was nice to have. The place was clean and checkin and checkout process was so easy. The host always got back to me in a timely manner. The hottub was closed when we were there but the area looked good. Walking distance to a cute coffee shop. Close drive to Tempe and Olds Scottsdale. So much to do around there.

Excellent location

Condo comfortable. Could use new bath towels and couch cushions flat and uncomfortable. Kitchen well supplied. Appreciated bathroom and laundry soaps.

Great place and managment

it was perfect for what I needed. When I had trouble with the toilet, they were out the very next day on a Saturday. Nice experience. The only comment is they could use to put some nicer lamps in the bedrooms.

Excellent Affordable Travel Option

We stayed here for a few days and it had excellent accommodations for the price we paid. The location was central to Scottsdale allowing for easy travel within the town and to nearby Phoenix. Very satisfied.
