Enjoy an extended retreat at this Arrowhead Ranch home. Conveniently located within the Phoenix Metro area, this updated home boasts a private pool with backyard views of one of the community lakes. The renovated interior features strong natural lighting and high-end, modern decor and furnishings. The open-concept layout features a full-size kitchen and spacious living room with sliding glass doors opening out to the pool deck. The kitchen comes ready to accommodate home cooks with updated stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. An expansive island dining counter offers seating for eight. The pool offers a veritable desert oasis and is surrounded by lush vegetation. Enjoy a cooling dip or lounge in the shade of the covered patio while burgers sizzle on the grill. Wind down your evenings in the living room, streaming your favorite shows and movies on the impressive smart TV. A gas fireplace provides an added touch of warmth and ambiance on chilly nights. A dedicated home office is located just off the front door, making this a perfect option for remote workers or traveling professionals.

There is a queen-size murphy bed in the office for extra sleeping options.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Hot Arizona in July

Our stay started off rough. We got to the property in the dark and there was no light on for us to put the code into the door. When we did finally get in the was no hot water and the door to the garage was unlocked with a sticker asking us not to enter the garage, needless to say we did and locked the door to the outside and inside. We had our two small dogs and we did not realize that the part of the property that meets the pond in not fenced in, our dogs could have ran into the pond. That needs to be in the listing or they should fence it in. Not able to lock the front door when leaving.

Highly recommend

Great house extremely comfortable and clean. Location was perfect. Close to everything! Only downside was not being able to use the pool. The listing states the heat would cost $85/day. We were going to stay in on Sunday so requested to be heated Saturday evening. They responded back that it had to be heated for three days consecutive and it would cost over $500. Which didn’t make sense based on the cost in the listing. Either way it was beautiful we enjoyed it so much. Definitely be back!

Wonderful house

House just as described, our trip only allowed for us to stay 2 nights, wish it was longer. We'll look to stay here again next time we are in the Phoenix area.

We found everything as explained in the description and we can't wait to go back. We didn't get to fully enjoy who days of our visit because we had an event to attend but we have every intention of returning with nothing to do but relax...use the pool and enjoy the house.

Very comfy home - enjoyed the backyard - pool and sitting outside and just relaxing :). Had two toddlers with us - lots of room for them to play and run around :)

Desert Charmer

Great stay in a darling house. Pics were very accurate, and house was well designed with high quality finishes, comfy beds, and plenty of supplies. We used the pool and outdoor area every day. Murphy bed/office worked out great as a 3rd bedroom option. Gated neighborhood was very quiet. Close to the 101 for easy access to Arrowhead and Westgate areas. Only helpful tip would be that tv viewing is limited to your own streaming access. Highly recommend this home!

Local Getaway

Excellent!

We stayed here for our honeymoon, visiting family in the area, and this was a little slice of heaven. Everything was well appointed, and as described. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the place was very clean. There were some issues trying to get the stereo system to work correctly, it wouldn't play on the speakers in the other rooms, so we just listened in the living room. Something that would be helpful might be to explain how the actual doorknob to the front door works - we couldn't get in at first and had to call. That's not their fault, I'd never seen a door situation like that and couldn't figure it out lol. Otherwise, we loved every minute, just a beautiful house on the lake. Hope to return again in the near future!

Absolutely Wonderful!

We can’t say enough good things about this property! Our stay in Glendale was outstanding because of it. The house is in a lovely gated area with great walking paths that we took advantage of everyday. Inside everything was spotless and well thought out. We very much appreciated all the little touches - small soaps and shampoos, dish soap and laundry pods - more than enough to get our family of 4 through our 5 night stay. The property is clearly well taken care of and had everything we needed. But the thing that sets this home apart from others is the AMAZING backyard. The photos sold us on it and we were not disappointed! It is an absolute oasis, transporting you to what feels like your own private resort. The pool was a fantastic escape from the 110 degree Arizona heat! None of us wanted to leave and we can’t imagine staying anywhere else on our next trip to the Phoenix area! If this property is available, jump on it! You will not be disappointed!

Gorgeous!

My husband and I absolutely loved this place. Professionally decorated inside and outside. It was so nice that we didn't want to leave to see other parts of AZ. The backyard is truly an oasis. It has an amazing waterfall pool, tropical landscape and warm evening ambiance with solar lighting. The only issue we had was the code to the front door did not work when we arrived. It was resolved quickly with a call Vacasa. If you are thinking of staying here stop thinking and book it quickly... You won't be disappointed!

The property exceeded expectations. The house was immaculate and had everything one could need for a vacation….down to shampoo and soap for the shower, dishwashing and everything one could need in the kitchen. The backyard had a beautiful view. Would definitely recommend.

Good and bad

Communication was good with the management prior to the stay. Neighborhood was good - walking trails were easily found. Upon arrival, we noticed the kitchen floor had debris and a sticky substance around the garbage can. When my friend was unpacking in the spare room she noticed cotton balls and random earring on the floor under the sink area. We looked for a broom/swiffer to clean up a bit and there was none to be found. When I received a msg from the mgt company asking how arrival went - I told them the floors didn’t seem to be clean. This was about 6pm. I didn’t hear anything back from them until 3am when they said someone would be over. They asked if we wanted to be contacted before they sent someone over - I said yes. I didn’t hear back by 11 am so I just told them to cancel anyone coming over. We sent them pictures but I was on vacation and didn’t want to spend anymore time on the matter - it was just causing frustration. The TV Roku streaming wasn’t helpful when looking for just regular TV stations. Cleanliness is probably number one on my list - won’t be renting from this mgt company again as I don’t think it’s a priority of theirs.
