Roomy, clean, quiet neighborhood, and a tranquil pool setting to enjoy. We were close to the stadium to see our KC Royals spring training games. I have to give props to the property manager and cleaning crew. Kim found my niece’s ring and prescription glasses, verified they were from our group, and personally mailed them securely the following day. Honesty and kindness don’t go unnoticed!

Overall the stay was very nice. Well furnished home with decent amenities. Good neighborhood. We were there for a tennis tournament and it was close to the facility, which was nice. Pool was freezing cold, could not use it. Wi-Fi signal was not good, TV in the living room constantly buffered when watching streaming content and the surround sound / cable box was not easy to use. Overall, we did enjoy the stay.

It was a great location. We enjoyed the property! The one thing that would have been nice is the ability to watch live tv. We like to watch live sports. We have our own app we can stream on but the cable provider did not allow that.

House was well-maintained and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Spent enjoyable afternoons relaxing on the patio. Kitchen had everything we needed.However, the shower in the master bath had no soap in it, only a large bottle of shampoo. Please add a bottle of bath gel. Also, please put a can of air freshener in the toilet room in the master bath.We found the smart TV hard to use. Might need more directions than were given on the information card.

We were a bit disappointed in the condition of the home. Cleanliness could be upgraded and furniture had lots of wear marks. Primary bathroom shower curtain ripped and smoke alarm hanging from the ceiling by the wire. We would not choose to stay here on future trips.

As a rookie with VRBO and house rentals in general, myself and my parents were nervous booking. I couldn't have been more impressed!! The home was very nice with most necessities and perks you could think of. Surprise/Sun City was beautiful and there was so much around! The owner/manager was easy to get a hold of if we have any questions at all. Having a pool to ourselves will be hard to beat! We had some days where the weather got into the mid 60s so the pool was pretty cold due to not having a heater. However those warmer days, it was very refreshing We were the area for the Men's Final Four and the stadium was easy to get to with the benefit of less traffic since it's the opposite way of Phoenix! We would definitely stay again and would highly recommend to anyone considering!!

home was comfortable, had all we needed. Nice to have a pool to play in. Great location for me, daughter and siblings close by. Easy access to home, and Clayton was quick to respond with answers to questions. would stay there again

Overall everything was Good. The only negative was there was no Laundry Detergent, No Toilet Paper except roll on holder, definitely not enough for a week. There was no Aluminum foil. There was only one Pan for cooking. No Shampoo in Master.
