Scottsdale Chic Condo w/ Heated Pool, Walk Everywhere! A+ LUXURY in Old Town

Hiking, golf, 5 star restaurants, casual breakfast spots, Spring Training, nightlife and Fashion Square Mall are all just a short walk from this property! Comfort and class greet you at this newly renovated ground floor (no steps) condo with wonderful views of the HEATED POOL, lush grass, mature trees & Camelback Mountain. This property is loaded to the 9's with everything you will need to have a fantastic vacation for 6 people!

The space

This is a LUXURY property, our designer went all out with a boho chic luxury concept! Everything is brand new and ready for you to enjoy. King in master, Queen in guest room. Queen pull out couch in the living room and a high end raised queen air mattress upon request. Property has an open concept layout, 2 big bedrooms and 2 full beautiful bathrooms. You can sleep up to 8. The sheets are all 1200 thread count, comes with soap/shampoo, hair dryer, soft towels etc - only the best for our guests! The heated pool is about 20 steps from your door as is the BBQ. Unit comes with private parking spot and plenty of visitor parking.

Living room has a brand new 55 inch LED TV with Netflix, all furniture is brand new and very comfortable (we gave our decorator no budget, she did a great job!). The entire condo is serviced with free lightening fast Wi-Fi.

Nice private patio for relaxing.

Other things to note

This property has a brand new AC unit and Heater - no worries whether it is 100 degrees or 40, you will be comfortable! Pool is heated in the winter. Common BBQ's in the pool area; we provide the grilling accessories. Pack n' play and other baby items available upon request.

Owner/Property Manager lives only 2 miles away and has lived in Old Town Scottsdale for over 5 years. If you need anything or are looking for suggestions just ask! Front door has a digital keypad lock for easy entry.

Great Location

The heated pool is great. The condo is older and in good shape, clearly updated nicely. I question the cleaning crew - we had dog fur on the sofa and the bedspread could have used washing.

Nice neighborhood, clean Condo

We had a great stay. We had everything we needed in this nicely renovated condo.Kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms were comfortable and clean. The sofa bed in the living room could easily fit our two children. The host was quite responsive and accommodating.

Much older than the photos show, however in a great location and walkable to everything! We were very hot as the owner locked the temperature so we could not adjust. Carpets and rugs, showers, shower heads and drains were pretty dirty. Host was helpful with check in.

Decent but location makes up for it

The location really is perfect. But the overall stay was fine and the place only needs some minor fixes. New blinds, fix the closet doors and a deep clean of the rugs. But then again I am a neat/clean freak so things I noticed might not bother other people.

Scottsdale getaway with friends

The condo was in a great location. A little bit of traffic noise but it did. It bother us. The pool area was nice and sheltered and had nice loungers. The condo was very clean others than the area rugs need a good shampoo or should be replaced. Appreciated to spices and condiments left behind and all the kitchen supplies.

Quiet Retreat

Our number one priority is cleanliness, and this property was great! Spacious unit, with comfortable beds. We were a little concerned when we arrived, as this is a main floor unit, but there was absolutely zero noise from the unit above or next to us. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Excellent location close to Old Town and Fashion Square Mall. Convenient pool which seldom had more than a couple of others …. 40 plus degree heat may have had something to do with it. Host Mark responded promptly to any minor queries. Overall a very enjoyable experience

Family Visit in Old Town Scottsdale

The condo was clean and spacious for the two of us! The location is awesome and feels very safe! You can walk easily to the mall. We slept really well in the comfortable beds. We each had our own bathroom! We only reached out to Mark once regarding the heat and he responded immediately! We cooked several times and we had all the items we needed. Light in living room needs to be replaced and maybe a couple rugs! I hope to stay here again!

Business trip made pleasurable

Easy access to greater Phoenix business community and prime location for dining and shopping. Covered parking was a BIG plus. A map of facility showing location of laundry and other amenities would be helpful. Only disappointment was "personal user failure" in attempting to turn on TV for evening news.

Very comfortable. Need a mirror in secondary bedroom. Tripod lamp needs a new shade. Could use a couple of mixing bowls. Need code for thermostat. Vertical blinds need replacing. Drains in bathrooms need replacing. Need a pair of scissors in kitchen.

Great stay in Scottsdale!

We gathered here for spring training. The location is PRIME. Easy walk to old town and especially the mall- across the street! The pool was nearby and great. Laundry is nearby too and you do have to pay and have supplies which was the only thing unclear in listing. But no big deal at all! The place is super cute. Great table in kitchen for meals/I worked there! It felt comfortable and the beds are awesome. We would totally come back. Thank you!

This condo is located in old town within walking distance of great shopping and restaurants. Very clean. Updated recently throughout. The owner was quick to respond to inquiries and phone calls. There were a couple of small issues: Vertical blind assembly for the patio door was broken which made it difficult to open. The three legged floor lamp, light bulb and shade were broken and wobbly. The sofa in the living room is a sleeper. Very hard and not comfortable, we had a little use for it being out and about and playing games at the dining room table. There was really only seating for three in the living room. The condo met our needs for the weekend.
