The host was very attentive and any of our issues were addressed immediately so communication was great there. The pictures are pretty accurate so was happy with backyard layout, the fire pit was a big hit and grill was nice. Open floor plan on first floor was awesome for hanging. Hot tub worked great but was difficult to get cover on and off due to overgrown shrubs. Pool also was a bit murky despite repeated efforts from pool guy to try to get clean.

Summer Getaway to see Morgan Wallen

Best VRBO rental ever!! The rental is located so close to everything! Fully equipped with supplies for over a week ! Relaxing in the pool was the best !! Would highly recommend and can’t wait to go back !

Family vacation (with 3 teens) in an amazing house..

We realized this Summer would likely be our last vacation as a family of 5. The kids asked that we do a vacation where we didn't plan anything to do and we mainly would stay at our rental and cook, swim, play games and RELAX. Of course, to make this work we needed an amazing house with a spectacular pool. We hit the jackpot with this house. We had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was perfect for cooking, the. dining room table was great for games, the beds were comfortable and the house was clean and well kept. Exactly what we wanted and needed. We had a couple of very minor issues the first night and the property managers we quick to answer any messages. The home is unique, definitely not a cookie cutter home. Just perfect.

Amazing Family Trip

Great spot for family

We traveled with extended family of 6 adults and 4 children. The house is clean and well equipped for the group. Backyard is perfect with the heated pool, hot tub, tv area and games. Great service from the ownership group and I would highly recommend

Perfect stay!

This property was a great place to stay with family. The property was very clean, had all the amenities needed and was very well taken care of. The owner was very responsive about any questions I had. We will definitely be staying here aging and any other property they may have available.

Great family getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay here. Great for family getaway to relax and have a good time. House if Sully equipped and the outdoors area is fantastic for a day in the pool and a cookout. The kids enjoyed sleeping in the "hidden room".

Great Spring Break

Our stay at the hidden room was enjoyable and I would recommend staying here if you are looking for a resort style home for a group. There is plenty of room and group seating. We were in the backyard everyday; it was a great spot for all of us to relax and take in the sun.

Just the right accommodation

Clean, Neat, plenty of space, modern, real nice showers, nice pool/jacuzzi, beds are large, location is safe & central. Hosts were very easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again.

Oasis

A little tropical oasis in the middle of the desert! What a beautiful place! It was like staying at a 5 star resort! Really enjoyed the place and the friendliness of our host as well! Would recommend :)

Buyer beware

I’m not the type to take the time to leave reviews so this should really mean something to someone looking to stay here. Our group consisted of some Midwest college buddies (28-30 age) We didn’t violate any rules and received 100% of our deposit back so any disagreement on this post to knock my credibility is just untrue. I’ve never felt more bothered during the time leading up & stay at a vrbo. We all felt like we were 14 years old. A week before the trip Darlene called and asked me about the names of people staying and that she would also need the names of anyone visiting the residence. I told her we weren’t comfortable since we have active military & one of the guys plays in the mlb. She wouldn’t stop asking me to the point that I finally gave her the names in fear of losing our house. - She confirmed we wouldn’t be having girls over to the house. - Told us we could only have a low talking voice outside after 9. There’s a noice meter outside - House will only cool to 72 (won’t go lower) & reverts to 78 during the night. Our group has stayed in other places in Scottsdale & never dealt with anything close to this. Were reasonable and understand an owner doesn’t want their place trashed & also understand there’s consequences for doing so. If you have all these strict rules then list them on the booking page on the website. I’m sure they are in the fine print of a contract & if not yikes! But I want people to know these things before signing up.

Good for Families and Kids

Overall impression of the property was that it was clean and well stocked.The owner tried to make upgrades, and we appreciated that, but maybe a few too many DYI projects. Kids will love it.

Family trip

Was a great place for our family of 10 to spend 5 days. So much to do with the pool, hot tub, ping pong table, games, fire pit etc. A few things were not working when we got there but Darlene got right on them. We really enjoyed our time spent there.
