Like staying in your own apartment

Like staying in a one bedroom apartment. I even had my own 1 car garage! Bed very comfortable and kitchen fully equipped. Only downsides were no breakfast available and had to pay for Wi-Fi. Located in a semi-secluded area and very very quiet rooms.

We had a two night stay in a ground floor 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit. We found the unit to be very spacious and the pool was perfect for the kids.

Great stay in desert resort near all PHX offers!

Great gathering spaces - true to form for world mark . Great location - near all Phoenix has to offer but still tucked in to the south mountain hills with hiking and a feel of being “away from it all”

Quiet and peaceful!

This property was incredible. Close to everything but so quiet. We will definitely be back. Consierge wasn't as great as she could be. She seemed irritated but that didn't take away from how great this location was.

The trails and pool were nice but the way to get there is heavy construction. Be aware this is a TIME SHARE so they will try to sell you on a 90 min pitch. But there is a private garage and your own little condo not a hotel really at all

For the price, this is a value since you have separate bedrooms and a full kitchen, etc - much better than a hotel suite. However, while the property is nice, it is overdue for a renovation. Also, the master bathroom is wide open to the master bedroom - toilet, bathtub and shower - zero privacy, and that was really odd and uncomfortable.

I liked how quiet the property was and how it felt like home. The only thing I didn't like was the the jets didn't work on the whirlpool tub. We had a very short stay so I didn't have timebto have it looked at. Other than that, my kids really enjoyed the heated pool outside.

I was in town for a concert and the day after I booked that property so we can enjoy the pool and barbecue in a condo setting at a beautiful Resort and the pool was shut down and the spa wasn't too temperature so it wasn't pleasant for us so we left everything else about the resort was awesome.we should have been notified some admities wher not available.

When I checked in, I was lead to someone to do a sales pitch. The pitch was misleading and they said they couldn't finish the pitch without my spouse present. It was frustrating to experience that in general. Room was tidy. Some of the lights didn't work and the remotes didn't work with assigned TVs.

First of all, it isn't even called Raintree anymore! Its a timeshare called World Mark. Second of all, if you book through expedia it says the deposit is one thing and upon check in I was charged a much higher deposit amount. The wifi is NOT free! Which it also states on expedia. My room was so far from the pool that I had to drive my family over and drop them off. There were tons of bees swarming the pool during the day so we could only swim at night because my daughter was stung on the finger! And last but certainly not least, the hot tub is so sharp and rocky on the bottom that i scraped the top of my toe off getting out!! The only good thing was the room. Very big! A fully furnished apartment and it was clean and comfortable.

WOW!! to not help the disabled. Where on this property does it state it is a timeshare? I called for a lower level, we will accommodate. When I go to check in, no refund, no help. Told this is not a hotel, although the world marc in Pinetop is. NO refund. I am not done. There is a disability act. When an 80 year old cannot climb steps and you take advantage. SHAME on you!
