  • A private, hide-away one bedroom with driveway parking and all the conveniences for a one month (minimum) to nine month stay. This new bungalow is cool, cozy & comfortable for a single guest or couple. This is a unique guest house, not a condo or apartment community! It's pleasant setting with a view of Camelback Mountain from the yard, located in Arcadia in proximity to hiking, canal riding routes, shops, cafes, markets and neighborhood restaurants. Ideally situated: 15 minutes to Airport and within 30 minutes to most Valley destinations. 10 minute walk to Echo Canyon Camelback Trail. Outdoor gas grill with tables & chairs, also sunset deck off the living room with large sliding glass doors opening. Large Smart TV and dedicated WIFI service. We will provide weekly bedding & towel laundry service.
