  • Escape to your private Goodyear desert oasis! This stylish 4-bedroom home is perfect for families. Enjoy a resort-quality backyard with a stunning pool, built-in BBQ, and a cozy firepit for stargazing. Inside, an open layout, arcade games, and dedicated workspace await. Close to Spring Training, Westgate, and golf. Your ultimate Arizona getaway for making lasting memories!

    Policies:
    -Absolutely No smoking
    -No Pets
    -No events, parties, or large gatherings
    -Photo ID will be required upon check in
    -Quiet hours start at 10pm

    NOTE: Overnight parking for 2 cars in the driveway. No street parking allowed. The garage is not accessible and used for owners storage. There will also be a few closets that are locked out for supplies and personal belongings.

    NOTE: Security Cameras: 3 exterior cameras (facing out) - 2 in the back yard and 1 in the front. 1 doorbell camera at the front door. The pool is in view of the backyard camera. The cameras record video and audio when activated by motion.

    Safety: The swimming pool is not fenced. Use at your own risk. No diving!
