They is room to spread out in this amazing 5 bedroom single level estate on large private home site with a gorgeous pool with a swim up bar. 3 bedrooms have en-suites and the other 2 bedrooms share 1 and 1/2 bath rooms. If you need to get out of the house, golf course and water park are just down the street anong with many restaurants that will satisfy any appetite.

It’s perfect

From check in to check out. Everything was seamless. All questions to queries could be found in the premade and available binder. It provided activities and food options for both locals and out of state visitors like my family. The property is spacious, extremely clean and was a fun environment both in doors and out by the pool. Would book again and recommend. Nate was awesome and timely when we reached out. 10/10 host.

Spring training getaway

House was perfect for our group! Pool was heated and ready for us when we arrived. Location wasn’t too far from the Mariners facility and if we needed something from the store, there was a fry’s just a few min away. Hiking right outside the house, which was nice for a few of our guests. Overall, great experience.

Nice property but not well maintained

This is a very nice property but maintenance was poor for our stay. I have contacted the manager and he says he will fix the items for future guests. This property has great reviews so I guess coming in right after Christmas may have been a factor.The pool heater didn't work properly (but the pool guy did come by almost every day to try to fix it), there were mice droppings on the futon in the casita, no sheets for the futon, the k cups had mice bites in them and the kuerig didn't work. The window dressings in the casita were not properly attached so they were hanging off the wall.There was a pile of broken pool toys by the pool and items from previous guests under one of the beds. There was a nice pool table but only 1 cue had a tip on it. The kitchen was nicely stocked but a scorpion ran across the top of the stove the first time we used it, the ice maker didn't work, the toaster didn't work properly and the oven wasn't properly calibrated. The kuerig didn't work but there was a regular coffee pot that we were able to use. There were frayed wires in the yard (we assume they were dead) and a drain cover on the patio that stuck up. One of the kids tripped on it so we put a table over it. They did provide a well stocked first aid kit that we needed after the child tripped. There were no garage door openers. We did contact the manager about some items during our stay. He did respond to some but not to others so I quit trying.A itit.it.thgarbapioffuton,futon,caseta

Great place to celebrate family and friends

Everyone raved about our stay at this gorgeous property. Walking distance from some spectacular hiking, incredible views out every window. 10/10 would stay here again. Thanks Nathan!

Amazing 5 bedroom luxury home in Glendale

Booked this property for 6 golfers during the waste management open weekend. Property is high-end with five bedrooms. Beautiful outdoor spaces and pool. Location accessible to Scottsdale and Phoenix. Property managers are responsive. Slight issue with checking in but they were quick to resolve it. If traveling with couples could easily accommodate 10 people.

Hockey Retreat

We really enjoyed the house. Has everything we need for a hockey weekend with my Beer League Team. We enjoyed the house a little too much as we sucked in our tournament. I would really recommend this house. Owners are great to work with which is so important.

Excellent Home For My Crew

We really enjoyed the house. Very clean and well appointed. Plenty of room with 7 adults. Property management communication was excellent. I would highly recommend this property!!!
