This property features a spacious open floor plan that seamlessly connects the kitchen, living and dining area making it the ideal setting for gathering and entertaining with friends or family.

Thoughtful indoor amenities include stainless steel appliances, a mounted flatscreen TV, a pool table and a mid-century modern fireplace – perfect on chilly desert nights. Guests can also pack light as there is a laundry room with washer and dryer.

Gather for casual meals at the kitchen counter that seats 5, or enjoy a celebratory sit-down meal at the dining table that seats 6.

Prefer to dine outside? Fire up the BBQ and enjoy burgers on the covered back patio, or head to Old Town where you can enjoy dining alfresco at one of Scottsdale's many award-winning restaurants.

When it is time to turn in for the night, guests will drift off to sleep in their choice of 3 beautiful bedrooms featuring comfortable beds and stylish furnishings. Bedroom 1 has a king, bedroom 2 has a full over full bunk bed with a dedicated desk area with high-speed internet, and the primary ensuite has a king, a flatscreen TV, seating area where you can enjoy a quiet cup of coffee in the morning, and a spacious bathroom with double sink vanity and a shower over tub.

Whether you choose to relax and take advantage of all the amenities right at your fingertips or prefer to explore the many delights Scottsdale has to offer, this incredible home provides everything you need for an unforgettable desert getaway!

Great location exactly as advertised

This was a great place for our family to stay as we wanted to stay close to the property and enjoy the sun and pool for the kids. 20 min from airport. Everything was clean. Check in was flawless. There is a wal mart 3 min drive and a Safeway 7 min drive. Close to a strip mall and restaurants. Close drive to Old Town. You did need to send a message everyday to have the hot tub turned on but they were prompt and polite and I understand this to respect Neighbors in the evening. Corn hole was a fun bonus in the yard. Great place as advertised. We would stay again.

Family Weekend

Property was as advertised and clean. We enjoyed the space, used the pool, though it was quite cold. We chose not to pay the $70/day to heat it. Bed comfort was ok. No garage access.

Lock code didn’t work, side gate open, master room sliding door open. House was filthy. Floors dirty, every carpet/rug had some kind of soda or beer spilled. Dining rug had food all in the shag. Couch full of dog hair & wet brown spots all over, absolutely gross just thinking about it. Trust the bad reviews. Kitchen not equipped to make a meal for a family, my husband had to run out to buy a pot our first night. Management asked what they could do to make it right and ghosted me when I requested the 3 days of the inconvenience of having to clean to be comped. Drains were clogged in tubs, AC filter was worse, pool cleaner was broken & loud all night, side gate was opened by whoever & not closed good so it would slam in the wind constantly & we would have to go out to jam it shut. Bring your own cue sticks.

Everything was great but didnt recieve code for door till I had to call it in at 4pm because they didnt get back to me about my verification when it was all done. So it was the waiting game that i didnt agree with!

Just stayed here

I just got back from a 4 day stay here. The location is great, as it is quick from the airport and to downtown Scottsdale (aside from there is no grocery store overly close by). When we arrived the house smelled musty, and this smell stuck around the whole stay. It wasn’t pleasant to have to smell that all day. The house was overall reflectively clean, but many dirty things like red stains on the couch, crumbs in the shag carpets, and the pool being very dirty. Our biggest complaint is that we did pay for the pool to be heated (which came out to almost $500 Canadian!) for it too not feel in the least warm. Was still cold to get into and was not enjoyable. I messaged the property manager about this, but never did get a response. So it was a complete waste of money. The check in and check out process was smooth. Probably will not stay here again nor recommend it.

Very displeased

The property manager let us check in about an hour early and everything went downhill from there! The pool and hot tub the dirty and not ready and unusable the entire trip. The wi-fi instructions were inaccurate. We paid for heat pool that never got to be used. Custom service is outsourced and reps spoke poor English. We ended up staying at a hotel the last two days so our kids could enjoy a clean pool. We asked for a partial refund and never heard back from Rebl. Never renting a property from them again!!!

Spring Break

Property was as expected from online- great! Clean and well done. The pool isn’t heated unless you ask for it at $70 a day. The tub is heated upon request. That requires messaging the management company each day you want it warm, who then messages the owners who turn it on. One night it never came on but other than that, it was seamless and really great property that we would happily return to.

Banner Medical

We live 3 hours north in Williams AZ and needed a place for one night before a procedure at Banner … we also have two Great Danes that service my husband. This location was roomy and open for our large dogs! Very quiet and comfortable! Only problem hot tub wasn’t warmed up until next morning when we were leaving but easy communication with property management about issue which is why I gave 5 stars instead of 4! Thank you and would recommend or use again if needed in future!

Good property for the most part.

The house, location, and everything that came with the house was fine for the most part. One of the main reasons we booked the property was for the hot tub. When we got there the hot tub was ice cold, so I scanned the QR code and messaged the management company. They informed me that "The hot tub is on, it just takes time to warm up." We continued to check it our whole trip and it never got to a reasonable temperature. It remained cold and we were unable to use it. Also, one of the toilets was clogged from a previous guest and after trying to use the plunger multiple times, it remained clogged. I reached out to the host company to get this corrected and they did not respond until the night before check out. There were only three of us and we were able to use the one working bathroom without issue. I did not feel the need to have someone come and try and correct the issue at 11pm, 11 hours before check out. I would happily stay at this property again, considering these issues have been resolved.

Great location but the pool was dirty and cold

Overall, this place is not worth the money. The pool and hot tub were both dirty and ice cold when we arrived. We had to contact them every day to get the hot tub turned on. For some reason they turn it off every night. We reported these issues but no one came to clean the pool nor did they ever turn the heat on. I am not sure they take good care of the place because the recycling was also full and no one came to put out the trash for collection so we did that for them. The main living space was great - very open and cute. Kitchen was easy to work with and we cooked Thanksgiving dinner. The ice maker was broken.

Scottsdale Trip

The house itself was lovely; we enjoyed the rental and enjoyed ourselves during the stay. Unfortunately we were not able to give the rental a 5 star review due to the lack of communication and poor customer service from the property management company REBL. They never sent us check in information nor the access code; we had to call multiple times to get the information. The REBL agent we spoke to was curt, unhelpful, and unconcerned when the access code did not work. Nor was the agent helpful when we asked to have 15 minute early check in while standing outside the property in 100 degree weather. He said we had to pay $50 if we wanted access any earlier.

Spring Break

The house was nice, it had all the right amenities, beds were comfortable, and it is a well kept property. The kitchen appliances are new It was comfortable making a nice dinner for our family. The outdoor property is nice with several lawn games.

Beautiful Home

We rented a home to stay at while we were moving our daughter to college in the area. I can’t express how beautiful this home is. The master bedroom had the softest sheets ever, just like a hotel and the bed was extremely comfortable. We used the fire burning wood stove every night for ambience. Our daughter enjoyed playing the old Elvis records on the record player. The view of the sunset through the glass sliders was magnificent each night. This home had everything we needed and more. We will definitely stay here again. A huge plus for me was it was a scent free home. Even the bed sheets fragrant free. Coming from someone with huge allergies this was a very huge relief to stay in a home that wasn’t full of smells and unneeded fragrance. Thankful for a wonderful time with our daughter before she moved. Definitely 5 stars

Nice place!

This was a nice place to stay and really fit our family of four and two dogs. The pool heater worked great and the pool table was nice for entertaining the kids. The TV had good programming including Netflix. The back yard is fenced for the dogs. The only cons were that the washing machine will only work on the cold setting and both showers drain a little slowly. Other than that, no complaints, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Overall good but changes should be made

Overall we had a great stay! The house is close to old town and the amenities were fine. Pool table was a nice addition. However, there were a few things that could be changed to make the next stay much better. First off, we had asked in advance that the pool be heated for the duration of our stay and paid the $50 a day to do so. When we got there the pool was cold. I contacted them and they said they would look into it. Maintenance came the next day to fix it at 2:30 PM. They did give us the first night of the pool heating back ($50). The instructions also state that the controls for the spa are on the spa itself. This is not true. The controls are in the back with the other pool controls that they state not to touch. This is very confusing for guests, instructions for how to turn on the hot tub should be more clear. The next day the power to the pool and hot tub were off and we had to ask for maintenance to come again. This was pretty disappointing as the main reason that we wanted to stay at this house was because of the pool and hot tub. In addition to this there are several things that could make this place better considering the high amount we had to pay in fees, including a few extra towels, basics in the kitchen such as hot pads, foil, plastic baggies, better paper towels, and better toilet paper. I could see us staying here again if they get the pool/hot tub situation figured out and made a few minor updates.
