Bad unit/ needs plumbing work, clean bedding and amenities

1) Bad plumbing in bathroom bathtub/shower 2) Disgusting bedding, old and smelly 3) Constant cigarette smoke filled unit due to neighbor who smokes 4) Not enough furniture, what is there smells like smoke 5) No drawers or luggage stand 6) Broken screen door does not close completely or lock
