Our spacious, welcoming, family friendly, modern home is the perfect getaway for your entire family.

Our house is just 15 minutes away from Cardinal Stadium, Peoria Sports Complex (Spring Training), and the Westgate Entertainment District.

We are also just 30 minutes away from Phoenix, TPC Scottsdale (Waste Management Open), Sky Harbor International Airport, and Scottsdale.

Our home is newly remodeled and renovated with a modern open concept offering a luxurious yet welcoming experience that will invite you to feel right at home.

Starting with an easy to use kitchen that includes a full size fridge with water dispenser and ice maker, stove & oven, dishwasher, microwave, and Keurig (coffee included). We offer plenty of utensils and cookware so you can cook your favorite meals during your stay. Dinner is served with a simple, but elegant dinner table (8) and a bar with (3) barstools.

Bright, open, and comfortable living area that opens into the kitchen and dining area features a large comfortable sectional and more than enough seating for your entire family or group. Relax and binge watch your favorite streaming shows on our 65 inch 4K UHD Smart TV. Open seating makes it easy to sit back and read, play one of our great games, or just enjoy some quality time.

The Master bedroom features a KING size bed with a comfortable gel memory foam mattress and clean linens. You'll find a 40 inch Smart TV, 2 large closets with plenty of space to store personal items. The attached, private Master bath has a large walk in shower, with high quality towels and linens, shampoo, conditioner, and extra toiletries in case someone forgot something! Hair dryer and paper products are provided for your convenience.

Two additional bedrooms feature comfortable sleeping areas. Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed while Bedroom #2 has a bunkbed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin on the top. Both include gel memory foam beds, clean comfortable linens, and closets for your personal items.

Our bonus game room is perfect to keep your family entertained. The retro style stand up arcade features 12 great games, no quarters needed. The infinity table has tons of GREAT board games loaded into it for a fun family game night without the clean up!

The bright and clean main bath has a shower/tub combo as well as high quality towels and linens. Shampoo, conditioner, extra toiletries, hair dryer, and paper products are provided for your convenience.

Our patio area is perfect for a day of soaking up sun and relaxing by the water. We offer a wide array of pool toys and life vests for the kids. A comfortable, spacious seating area with a fire table and string lighting to set the mood during the warm Arizona nights. Feel free to use our BBQ to grill up your favorite foods.

There is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board for guests to use.

Turquoise Oasis

We stayed here for a week, with two adults and one 10 year old. The house was very clean and spacious, with plenty of things to do (games and whatnot). Home was well stocked with needed items, and the beds were comfy.

Winter trip

My family and I had a wonderful Christmas trip to this property. The spacious living areas, fun game room and cozy bedrooms made for a wonderful stay. My 3 children especially enjoyed the heated pool, and were able to comfortably swim even on the winter days! The hosts are quick to communicate and have a beautiful home that anyone will enjoy staying in!

The Turquoise Oasis

This was a great centrally located property with SO MANY thoughtful touches by the owners. It really is like walking into your own home with all the little comforts. The owners had great communication from check-in/check-out instructions to prompt responses in every way. My kids absolutely loved the game room too. Great place!

Great Property

Lovely home

We could tell this home was newly remodeled, it was open and spacious. Loved the pool. It was nice and warm and clean. Quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend this place.

Beautiful house!

The Turquoise Oasis was perfect for our trip! We had 4 kids traveling with 1 parent each for a jiu jitsu tournament. The house was so clean and spacious for everyone! The kids enjoyed the games and pool! The location was great and close to everything and the hosts were very responsive and accommodating! I definitely hope we get a chance to stay here again.

My 39th bday

Me and my adult siblings had a blast in the pool all night and the cozy house all day. The property is well equipped to handle our group of 8. The property manger was so very communicative through out the process. Loved our stay.

2nd Time at The Oasis

Down again with my wife to visit my 95 year old Mom. This trip we brought our daughter and two granddaughters. Easy house to accommodate all of us. Kids loved the pool. Between the grill and the fully equipped kitchen, we did most of our meals at The Oasis. Plan to return again.

Great house and fun amenities

Our family enjoyed the house, the pool and the game room. The house is charming and well stocked. We took advantage of the BBQ several times, which worked great. Our tween and teen kids loved the pool, of course! The game room was a fun addition. The house is walking distance to a great park worth exploring and short driving distance to stores and restaurants. We were in town for Mariners spring training and the drive to the Peoria Sports Complex was under 15 minutes. George is very communicative and polite. We would definitely stay here again if we get another chance to visit Glendale.

Quiet Neighborhood - Great Location

We came to AZ to move my mom from Sun City to an independent living facility in Glendale. Everything went off without a hitch which started with this great find for our stay. We VRBO all over the country and this was one of the best we have stayed at. Big, open and roomy, we made use of the grill which was clean and ready to go and also the firepit feature which we used every night. Great kitchen which we made good use of. Great communication with the owners. Would definitely stay at this home again. John & Cindy

The property size was perfect for our large family. We enjoyed the pool and used the grill. It was easy to cook in the spacious kitchen and the open concept of the house allowed us to be "together" but not on top of each other. When we had questions, George responded very quickly and was communicative throughout our stay. I will definitely book this property again in the future.
