Welcome to DESERT MARIGOLD our 3 BR plus den, 2 BA, one story home with a pool and hot tub in beautiful Gold Canyon. The HOA requires a minimum of 90 day stay. The property is located at the end of the street and behind the home is an open green space. Sunset views are appealing and chances to view wildlife crossing the green space are promising. Remember to bring your binoculars and cameras!
The peaceful backyard offers exciting amenities for memory making at its best. The pool heating fee is $75.00 per night to heat the pool to 80 F. for year round swimming on sunny days. An above ground hot tub invites romantic moments for two. There is a variety of seating on the covered patio to include a dining table and lounge chairs. A propane grill allows your outdoor chef to barbecue your favorite dishes to enjoy at the patio dining table. Feel warm and cozy sitting around the gas fire table on a cool evening. Longing to explore Gold Canyon and beyond? Two bikes for guests use make that possible.
The great room features comfortable seating with a TV, an open kitchen with island seating and a dining area that seats 4. The seating area overlooks the backyard and open green space. The kitchen is completely stocked and has both Keurig and drip coffee makers. Highchairs are available to rent. Wifi is complimentary.
~ THE GOLDEN HOURS ~
The bedroom floor plan is split to enhance privacy for all. ALL bedrooms have TVs and ceiling fans. The primary suite has a king bed, TV and en suite bath with a walk-in shower and dual vanity sinks. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have queen beds, storage space for personal items and share Bathroom 2. In the near future Bedrooms 2 and 3 will have TVs. Bathroom 2 has dual vanity sinks and a tub-shower combo. Pack N Plays are available to rent if needed. Hair dryers are supplied.
The den includes a sofa and desk with chair for remote work. The curtain pulls closed to enhance privacy as needed.
A laundry room with appliances and detergent helps you keep your wardrobe ready for every adventure. There are 2 garage spaces plus parking in the driveway. Ask about our early check-in and late check-out options.
Gold Canyon offers dramatic views of the iconic Superstition Mountains and is close to trails for hiking, biking and horseback riding. The Lost Dutchman State Park, Wave Cave Trail. Hieroglyphic Canyon Trail, Boyce Canyon Arboretum and Peralta Canyon are some of the well known places to enjoy mountain and desert scenery. Golf courses, restaurants, shopping and museums are a short and easy drive from our home. This home is also close to our annual Renaissance Festival and Artisan Marketplace which runs weekends, February through April.

~ RESERVATION NOTES ~
The minimum age to rent is 28 years.
We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation.
The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement s guest list.
The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements.
Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 6 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of six (6).
Daytime visitors to home may not exceed four (4) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals.
Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only.
To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does NOT record sounds or conversations.
For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway.
All AZ Vacation Home Rental properties have working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free.
Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.
AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit.
All TVs are for streaming and have access to Youtube TV.
The pool heating fee is $75.00 per night to heat the pool to 80 F. There is a 4 night minimum.
Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.
