This truly is a great location, easily walkable area. The condo itself definitely needs a deep cleaning, the floors made our socks black. At one point, we moved the couch ottoman and there was sticky spot like maybe someone split a drink or something. The sliding backdoor lacked a security brace (stick) and the latch was a little wonky. The showers were very dark and the tub didn’t hold water but the kids didn’t seem to care. The space is overall nice with newer furnishings.

Wonderful stay at this property, unit is exactly as described and pictured. Communication was clear and timely and we appreciated the clear instructions for parking finding the unit and entering and exiting. This condo complex has one of the nicest pool areas and is located close to shopping and all amenities. We really loved the coffee bar and the outdoor patio.

This was the perfect rental! Within walking and/or driving distance to anything you would want; restaurants, stores, convenience stores, etc. The rental itself was wonderful! Itcws very clean, had all the essentials you would need, comfortable, plenty to entertain you. We went for a relaxing girls weekend and the couch and beds were so comfortable. The host was so friendly, responsive, and great to work with. We had no issues or complaints

The condo complex is on the older side and this unit could use an update. Had the basic amenities, but nothing noteworthy. Having A/C units in each bedroom was nice. A few of the bathroom drains were slow and backed up some, which was a little annoying. Pool area was nice, clean and comfortable. Overall value for the price was decent.

Long Weekend Stay

The communication with host was excellent. We were able tonget in early after a long day of flying and we were appreciative. Condo was cute. Water pressure was very weak and one morning I didnt have hot water. Sofa bed was uncomfortable...lots of springs. Furniture was really low to ground. Location was great. Last night there they were presure washing the walkway above us at 8ish in the morning. Overall..thankful for a place to stay close to Scottsdale.

Pleasant stay

The place was clean and well located. Kathy was super responsive and helpful. The water pressure was a bit low in the second bathroom. No washer and dryer. Other than that everything else was good!
