4 bedrooms 2 bath(bonus cabana with King bed available at additional charge). Sleeps 10 adults. Room for the entire family with a great back yard. Relax in the sun next to the modern heated pool (extra fee) @ $200 for 3 days. $350 for 7 days. Fire pit/ BBQ, outdoor shower, secured dog area. 85” Sony TV in living room to watch your favorite shows! TV’s in 4 bedrooms. Exercise area in backyard with elastic bands, free weights and pull-up bar. Office area with wireless laser printer. Fully stocked kitchen to prepare those family meals. K8 Enagic Kangen Water Filtration Machine on tap and stocked glass bottles in fridge. Minutes to South mountain park & preserve for great hikes and beautiful sunset views w/horseback riding! 7 minutes to airport, 12 minutes DT Phoenix & Tempe. 20 minutes to old town Scottsdale/ fashion square. Wonderful place for a relaxing family get away

The house is fantastic and was ready when we arrived. Everything in the listing was accurate. The backyard and pool were amazing, even with a somewhat cooler week, 72 degrees was the high, the heated pool kept everyone entertained, and I recommend this option to anyone renting. Communication with the property manager was outstanding and there were really no negative points for me to bring up.

Great house!

Stayed there for a business trip for 3 weeks. Very comfortable and well laid out house. We had everything we needed for our long stay. Excellent communication with the owner through the stay.

Great Place to Stay

I am so glad that my golf group was among the first to stay at this location. The pictures don't do it justice. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment. The refrigerator and stove and top shelf. The owner filled the frig with alkaline water bottles. The towels and beds were top of the line and the bathrooms were great. We were unable to use the pool due to the temps before we got there, but it was first rate as well. We made significant use out of the fire pit and were able to cook hamburgers and steaks over the fire because of the provided cast iron skillets. The checkin process could not have been any easier and the owners are amazing and easy to reach. There might be a slight concern about the neighborhood, but there are several renovated houses close by and it is clear things are looking up for the area. It is very close to the airport and an uber was under $25. I have rented VRBOs on 4 continents and this is one of the best.

Arizona rental

This house was beautiful with new, high end appliances and fixtures. The backyard was just as amazing and very well kept. The pool and dog run were beautiful and maintained well. Beds were very comfortable and the house was extremely clean. Upon arrival, getting inside was a challenge after a 7 hour drive but owner was responsive and helpful. I would suggest you place a binder with instructions on a/c unit, how to use and clean stove/oven, washer/dryer and tv. Also for the price charged, cable tv should be included for guests to see local news and weather. I would definitely recommend this place for people who are not intimidated by questionable neighborhoods. Nothing dangerous just not a great neighborhood. We were awaken one night by what sounded like a major explosion and police activity down the street. Despite those minor incidences, we had a great time during our stay and appreciated the quick responses from owner.
