Living, Kitchen, Dining, and Fun

Walk into this gorgeous, designer-style home and know that you and your group will have a wonderful time together. The fun amenities are neatly incorporated into the layout of the home. When you enter Shadow Mountain Retreat, you will see gorgeous white pillars, a combo bench seating style formal dining room table, and a fully equipped pool table. There is also a ping pong table in the garage!
Head to the left of the dining room to find the living room, kitchen, and a four-person dining table. Relax on the sofa or the modern seating. With the number of windows and views of the yard, you can enjoy the natural lighting that shines through. Prep or display your food on the large island table. The kitchen has views to the formal dining room and is open to the living room for maximum involvement.
Head outside to enjoy the amenities this home has to offer. There is a sparkling pool and loungers to soak up the sun. Play a cornhole tournament against your friends and family. Practice your putting on the putting green before hitting on one of the elite courses in the valley. The gazebo is a perfect spot to keep out of the Arizona sun but still be a part of everything outside.

Bedrooms
Time for some relaxation!
The master bedroom is ready for those that need some sleep and those that may need to use their computer to get some work done. Get ready or wind down in the massive en-suite bathroom. There are two sinks, a vanity, a tub, and a walk-in shower.
The soft neutral-colored butterfly art room has two queen beds.
In the navy floral bedroom, there is a queen bedroom.
A king bedroom is at the end of the hall bedroom with gorgeous light shining through the window.

*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5 star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If your stay is longer than a few days you will need to bring these items with you. Thank you!

HOUSE RULES
No smoking allowed on the property to preserve its charm
Pool heat is not available
Pets not allowed
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings
Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 9 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
Noise Levels: Please keep noise levels low, especially in the evenings. Be considerate of the neighbors to maintain a serene atmosphere for everyone.
Primary renters must be 25 years or older.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability.

Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day/Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
A signed rental contract is required after reservation confirmation.

For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.

May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. You have to let us know at the time of notice so we can do our best to remedy the situation.
