Check-In and Check-Out
Early Check-In: Free if available, otherwise additional fees apply. Contact us at least 48 hours in advance.
Check-In Process: Upon arrival, you will receive a unique security code for keyless entry. This code will be valid for the duration of your stay.

Check-Out Instructions: Simple and easy-to-follow check-out instructions will be provided upon arrival.
Rental Agreement: An electronic signature is required before check-in.

Security: A credit card and photo ID matching the reservation must be provided for identity verification and to cover any incidentals.
Note: There are security cameras on the property for liability purposes, one in the front yard and one in the back yard near the pool.

Pet Policy
Dogs under 20lbs are allowed (max two), with written approval and a $250 fee per pet. Unauthorized pets incur fines up to $1,500.
Service animals are exempt from fees and restrictions. Emotional support animals do not qualify as service animals.
Cats are not permitted due to severe allergies.

Pool Heating Details
Pool Heating: Optional at $125 per night.
Spa Heating: Available for $50 per day, typically set from 5pm to 11pm (adjustable upon request).
Seasonal Heating: Recommended from October 15th to May 31st for optimal comfort. A minimum 3-day notice is required for heating to ensure the pool is ready upon your arrival. Heating must be for the entire stay and cannot be toggled on and off.

House Rules
No Smoking or Vaping: Prohibited in the home or near open windows/doors. Violators will be fined up to $1,000 and asked to leave without a refund.

Noise and Parties: Disturbing the peace or hosting parties with outside guests is not allowed. Violators will be asked to leave without a refund. All guests must be included in the reservation count (max 12 people). Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

Concierge Services: Third-party vendors provide services such as grocery delivery, photography, private chefs, car rentals, and detailing. By booking these services, guests release and hold harmless the property owner from any claims related to third-party activities.

Insurance
Your reservation includes WAIVO insurance for up to $5,000.
