Fully furnished, Move-in Ready and Professionally Managed. The complex boasts an intimate, Boutique Resort-Style setting with a community pool at your doorstep. Walking distance to shopping at Fashion Square and Restaurants. Close to Spring Training, Art Walk, Scottdale Waterfront, Parks and Hiking.

**Flooring Update**
During a recent renovation, the previous flooring was found to be faulty and has been removed for safety and quality reasons. At this time, the floors are unfinished concrete, offering a sleek, modern, loft-style aesthetic. While the installation of new tile is scheduled for a later date, we’ve taken extra care to ensure the space is clean, well-prepared, and just as comfortable as always.

*Rental Agreement must be signed for reservation confirmation

This rental property is registered with the City of Scottsdale (License Number 2036097)

Lost and Left-Behind Items Policy

Please note that the host is not responsible for any lost or left-behind items during your stay. However, if our Housekeeping team is able to locate an item that has been left behind, we will gladly return it to you upon receipt of a $65 fee.

This fee covers the cost of shipping as well as the time and resources required to locate and return your item.

To ensure the safe return of your belongings, please contact us as soon as you realize something has been left behind. Thank you for your understanding!

** The HOA only allows 1 pet. If it's a dog, it must be under 40 lbs. We do charge $275 per pet as a pet fee in addition to the reservation amount and you must make us aware of your pet when booking the property.

Wonderful stay!

Our stay was perfect the entire week! The property was bigger than the pictures portrayed and nicely decorated. The rooms were perfect for our family and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything you would need for a week’s stay. The neighborhood is upscale and extremely safe. Loads of top notch shopping and excellent restaurants all within walking distance. We will be back!

Maintenance Issues

Overall the location and pictures accurately represent the condo. The pool area is also nice. The fridge was not working the entire 5 day stay which made it impossible to buy food and use the kitchen. The maintenance guys who came left a huge mess in the kitchen for us to clean up. The problem was not dealt with well by the owners and we were left feeling that it was not really their issue to deal with.
