Guest access
Guests have access to the house, backyard, and space for 1 vehicle in the garage. Golf cart is not available at this time.
Other things to note
Please note you must be at least 25 years or older to rent and cannot rent for other guests. Ring cameras installed down both sides and across front of the house for security only. No cameras in backyard or pool area.
****Note: Heated pool (optional) is not normally heated and may take up to 24 hrs to get the pool to a desired temperature (varies with weather). Please let us know at booking if you’re interested in the heated pool option (typically only need during winter months October - April). Guests requesting this option are responsible for a service fee of $75 per day. ****
