The property was run down, and I was not comfortable with the looks of the people I was seeing walking around the property. There was no staff or anyone to talk too. I did not get my room number or a code until after I got there and texted and called. The door code did not work and I could not get a response from anyone for a correct door code. I did not feel safe there and i feel like i was mislead about what the property was.

Horrible, worst than horrible. Paid for a premium apartment hotel, got a super small grossly disappointing studio unit. Filthy sheets, walls had scraps stains and missing wall paper. Toilet didn’t work. I can go on but this was the most horrific experience with 2 toddlers I could imagine being in a different state with no where else to go but our car. and no other hotels nearby had availability. The air filters were clogged with thick mold and dust like it has not been clean or had a new filter in at least months or longer. It

I was very disappointed with my stay. When we entered the room, there was a strong odor that smelled like mold and cat urine. The room did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned, and we noticed insects, including cockroaches, during our stay. The property did not match the photos shown online and appeared much more worn and in need of maintenance than expected. There was frequent activity outside our room late at night, including loud arguments, which made it difficult to feel comfortable — especially traveling with my children. I signed a property agreement regarding property rules during check-in, yet some of the activity happening outside did not reflect those standards. I requested a refund due to the cleanliness and comfort concerns, but it was declined. I hope management takes steps to improve cleanliness, maintenance, and the overall guest experience.

El personal nos dejó esperando más de 30 min antes de proporcionarnos un código de entrada, al entrar al baño de la habitación encontré dos manchas de sangre en la tina y la llave de agua de esta misma no cerraba, el cuarto estaba en condiciones decadentes y antihigiénicas. Me cambiaron de cuarto y en el segundo cuarto había pelos pubicos en la tina, manchas de corrosión, la llave tampoco cerraba y había suciedad dentro de la tina y del cuarto en general, en el retrete había cabello y para acompañar un horrible olor a marihuana dentro del cuarto y a pipi fuera de este nos acompañaba. Barrio horrible, estadía HORRIBLE. Fui completamente engañado por las imágenes.

It was a place to stay for a night that was semi affordable for valentines night. We booked it to be closer to the area for the renaissance festival. It was clean enough but we could not turn off the light over the stove and the showers leaked. Overall it served it’s purpose.

Upon arrival, we found the room to be in extremely poor condition. The linens were dirty, the shower was unclean, and the plates and cups in the kitchen were visibly dirty as well. The overall cleanliness of the room was completely unacceptable. Additionally, there were concerning activities occurring in the parking lot, which made us feel unsafe. There was no staff present at the front desk to assist us. We contacted the person handling check-in calls to request clean sheets and were told that there were no clean ones available. Given the lack of cleanliness, absence of staff support, and unsafe environment, we were left with no choice but to leave the property. This experience did not meet even the most basic hospitality or safety standards.

There were roaches crawling around the room. We had somebody knocking on our door claiming to be maintenance at 1 o’clock in the morning they stayed out of view for the site glass. And demanded that I opened up the door. or the door will be forced open!!! Remind you at 1 o’clock in the morning. Known to be a high traffic, druggie area with lots of homeless. which I was not aware of while booking. After forcing my opinion of me, not opening up the door. While having no proof they were actually maintenance. Me and my girl stayed up for a few hours spiked and unable to sleep, after finally falling asleep, maybe around 2:30 or 3, I hear knock at the door at 7 AM again maintenance asking to enter the room due to water leak downstairs. At this point, I packed my bags, went to the front desk, demanding a refund in full for all the disturbance and poor quality applying to the roaches, I paid for February 13-15, remind you check-in is at 4 PM February 13 and left February 14 at 7:00am, what a way to spend a Valentines morning… I have still not gotten an update about my refund!!! I’m so pissed

First the good. It's cheap. And one of the security guards was actually very nice and provided us towels, which wasn't really his job. After the afternoon hours, there's no one at the property. You have to just call a number for any help or issues. First thing, we have to keep in mind that this is an extended stay location, not a regular hotel. If you don't know what that means, I suggest you look it up. There are all kinds of people that stay here, from the average person vacationing, to all kinds of nearly homeless people. Of course that is beyond the control of the management, and it's not anything on them. First thing when we got to the room, there were no towels anywhere. Not one. We had to call and text and email and call again, until finally someone called back. The first reply I got was, that they could get us towels by the next day. Of course that's absolutely not acceptable, and they shouldn't even have suggested that. I pushed back, and they agreed to have someone get us towels finally. About an hour and a half later, that's when the security guard knock that out door and ask us what we needed. Apparently he wasn't aware of exactly what was going on, but he managed to find some towels for us. Water pressure is decent, the bed looked relatively clean, average comfort level, so no major bonuses or negatives. There are however a lot of little things that give you the impression that the property could be better maintained. Caulking that's peeling off,

My name is Sean i had a great time at the metro stay the ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful was very professional and understanding room was clean everything worked out well for me and my Mom im truly thankful for the stay their and the staff keep it up

The room was filthy the floor was filthy the towels were dirty there was no trash cans and the entire place not in the kitchen not in the bathroom not in the bedroom the environment outside was horrible people in and out all hours of the night
