None of the pictures on Expedia are update, they are pictures from years ago. The rooms stink, the hallway carpets are dirty and trash everywhere, the sidewalks haven't been washed down in years, the pool was green and slim floating at the bottom. Lots of street people. The women at the front desk were very accommodating and tried to fix the situation. We finally stayed at a loft there because when we rented it, it didn't give address until after we paid again and landed up being the same place. Rented a kitchenette with no microwave, no kind of dishes, no coffee pot, 2 out of 3 tv's didnt work, you pay to wash your towels and sheets, no cups, nothing. After complaining they did get us coffee pot and new pots an pans, cups and silverware and they had someone come out and fix the pool but it was still green when we left and they did bring a cable box for 1 tv and a cable for the other. I should not have to complain to get everything corrected but they did try. Unsupervised kids running around and swimming in the pool the next day when it was still green and not ready. Never did get the microwave we asked for. I've never stayed at a hotel that makes you wash your towels and sheets and pay for it at their laundromat. The GM and ladies at the front desk did try and get us things we asked for. Sorry but nothing like the listing at all nor the second listing either.

I do not recommend staying here. Place is not what the picture look like! It is very dirty, old, smells like smoke, and people walking around at 5am shirtless. Just go and spend your money somewhere else not kid friendly at all!!

The space was great! Nice big hotel room. The only problems were: pool didn’t look clean and safe, there were a lot of shady people after dark at the property, two roaches came out of the kitchen sink, some of the light switches did not work.

I would not recommend staying at this property. It is apparent the rooms need to be upgraded. Website states room has utensils, cooking and dinnerware. It did not. Further only 1 towel per bathroom was provided. No trashcans in bathroom. The tubs appear to need refinishing. TVs did not work. When I spoke to manager I was told the dishes were on order but they did not know when they would arrive. The towels were being washed and she would said maintenance to check tvs.maintenance never came that day. Next day I went to talk to manager again told her we never got the items I requested nor did maintenance arrive. Maintenance person did come.AC filter was so dirty and wrong size which is why it was most likely not working. He brought a trash can, broom and filter. He did replace filter, fixed tv. Ceiling fan was so full of dirt couldn’t even use as most likely all that dirt would go into air.the switch for the fan was missing only had the plastic screw part which most likely would need pliers to grab to turn it on. Did not get cookware or dinnerware utensils. I had to go to Walmart and buy items so I could use the stove to cook. No paper towels provided either in kitchen. The door lock is so old and the door did not shut tightly it’s obvious the door had been repaired as they used a metal plate by lock to try and get it tight however it did not. I told mgr my reservation had been made a 9 days in advance they had plenty of time to ensure the room was adequately prepared.

When I arrived to check in the staff was nice. However I began to get a sense of what the place is like. Guests/ residents were arguing with staff. It happens. I soon realized people actually live there. I thought it was apartments that are like town homes that are used, I’ve stayed in some similar in Florida but are used for vacations or trips. Room was okay. No window blinds, just curtains. One even being hanged by nails, the sliding door bar for the lock was also held up by nails. I mean do what you must but not for a room that is meant to get people to stay in. Door could let me push on the handle and I could see the door hinges. If someone really wanted to bust through they could. No deadbolt. Our toilet was plugged, I called and left messages, no one called back after saying they would. I could only call with no answer because we only stayed to sleep and would get up early and come back late at night since we had a tournament and plans. The room next to us had a medium sized dog that growled at my son (we have dogs) my son was scared a little. Also the first night someone was banging on a door for a while and again in the early morning. Dog was also barking late at night for a while which I don’t mind that as much but it probably would bother people. Also the music blasting. The basketball court was not painted like the pictures. Oh and roaches were found the day before we left!! I mean it’s bound to happen when you stay at an actual low cost apartments!

Don’t fall for the advertisement, that place is a dump, everything is damaged on the inside shower curtain curtains cut, writing on walls inside room, doors, all damaged on the bottom, penetrated cigarettes smoke, I’ve never been in a place that made me feel dirty until this one, I had to grab my kids and get another room elsewhere for the weekend.

Avoid! Room smelled like mold, amenities in room were missing. The only amenity worth it was the pool. There was blood on the old pull out bed. Also, the door looks like its been broken so many times it looks weak. Many more things to complain about but book at your own risk.

The staff is fighting an up hill battle on this one. Next to interstate so lots of road noise. A/C did not work in our room...for Phx this is not great. Some occupants are rude. The room layout is good. Some have multiple bathrooms and separate bedrooms.
Gaps around door does not help with near by interstate news.

I had a very disappointing experience at this property. Check-in was disorganized and I was asked to leave and come back because no rooms were available, only to return and have the front desk not even remember speaking with me. The room itself had a very unpleasant odor and felt like it had only been quickly put together. I also paid for late checkout until noon, yet housekeeping entered the room around 10:30 AM while my family was in the room and I was making my way back from the pool with my son. As I approached my door to put in the code it did not work so I stopped her at the bottom of the stairs to ask if the code had changed and mentioned I had late check out. Of course she hardly spoke English so the only thing I understood was, if I had late check out the code should be the same as before. But it was not, I couldn’t get back into my room. Thankfully the rest of my family was still in the room to let me in. Overall the stay felt poorly managed and unprofessional. If check in didn’t happen so late I would have not stayed and would have asked for a refund. I simply wasn’t in the headspace to be going back and fourth to demand that refund. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

The online images are not accurate. It’s a dump. Our room was not ready by 8:00 pm despite check in time of 3:00. There were homeless people all over, even sleeping in the stairwell. I’m sure there was plenty of hookers turning tricks on the property.

Multiple issues, bed was made with dirty and used sheets despite being told the best cleaner had cleaned my room. The room was cleaned and ready almost 2hrs late, check in time 4pm our room wasn't ready until about 5:40pm, there was a ton of guests all coming in while I checked in complaing about no pots and pans, no pillows, (apparently they had been stolen) room was too disgusting to stay in, food left on tables, floors too sticky from cleaners not diluting cleaning solutions enough... And it sounded like every guest had a hard time with the smell in the rooms. Our room smelled awful, and we checked out after day 1 of our stay. One guy waited a long time for his room, just to come back in while I was still checking in, to inform the staff he walked into a room that had people already in the room... Staff was absolutely amazing though, kind, professional and handling all the complaints to the best of their abilities with respect. Security/maintenance guy was cool and super helpful, and the ladies at the desk smiled through their really bad day.

I checked in and they gave me a room with a terrible condition, I asked for a refund & they said they are not able to help me, the lady front desk a Said she was checking the room to see how it was, once she came back she just told me to ask for a refund and I was good to leave
