Welcome to your peaceful, centrally located getaway!
This private second-floor condo in the beautiful Fiesta Casitas community offers a spacious 2 bed / 2 bath open layout with a full kitchen (1,000 sq ft). Just 5 miles from McDowell Mountain Park, the Adventure Condo is the perfect base for biking, hiking, relaxing pool days, and enjoying the Arizona sunshine.

Inside, you’ll find a fully stocked kitchen with place settings for up to eight guests, a fold-out couch that provides an additional full-size bed, and a dedicated workspace with reliable 200 Mbps internet and a wireless printer—ideal for remote workers, traveling athletes, and long-term visitors.

Recent updates: New carpet and black out shades installed.

Parking: Enjoy your own dedicated covered carport, plus plenty of additional parking throughout the complex.

Clean, convenient, and quiet place

We had a short business trip to the Fort McDowell area. The very clean condo was located close by, which met all of our needs. Aaron and his wife left a binder with instructions for the stay, along with nearby attractions, dining, and hiking. this is helpful for guests not from the area. The dining suggestion of Oka was on par, and really enjoyed the sushi. My only disappointment was the locked closet in the master bedroom. I prefer to hang my clothes as soon as possible, but I did not have that option. The second bedroom was being used by a family member and could not always access the closet. Maybe a hanging rack with hangers in the master room would benefit the guest who prefers to hang their clothes. Otherwise, everything was great and I would recommend the condo to friends and family.

My family of 4 (2 teenage boys) stayed here over Thanksgiving week. Condo was conveniently located to biking, hiking, golf, tennis and pickleball facilities. Clean, well appointed with all the essentials and very responsive hosts. Would definitely stay here again!
