Charles’ place was perfect! Great location, beautiful condition in a lovely community. The place was just as advertised. Within the complex, the condo is a 30 second walk to a beautiful pool and gym. Scottsdale is a wonderful town, and this condo is in the perfect location for whatever you wanted to do whether it is hiking, shopping, dining, or just relaxing by the pool. Charlie is a top-rated host and is very helpful answering questions and offering suggestions. The condo was fully stocked with bottled water, Keurig coffee pods, toiletries, and laundry supplies. We will definitely be back.

We love the location and Charlie the property owner is the best. The condo was well stocked with coffee pods and bottled water. We were struggling with apps for streaming and Charlie showed up immediately to resolve the issue. He has been incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the process. This is our second year in the same unit so that speaks volumes about our experience. Restaurants, Starbucks and grocery stores are within easy walking distance

This condo has everything you need. Comfortable beds and furniture. Love the hightop table & chairs. A refrigerator full of water bottles. A Keurig Coffee Maker & Pods. The only place we've rented with enough hangers. Also, very handy having a cooler. This condo is very conveniently located. We've been coming back for several years now.
