Terrific Home Away From Home

Had a great stay at the property. Property is well maintained and had two pools and several barbecue grills that we used frequently. Owner was communicative and helpful. He checked in with us to make sure everything was as expected. Close to large shopping center that had anything that we needed. Close to highways for easy commuting. Overall wonderful stay and we would definitely stay there again.

Excellent property in an excellent location

We really enjoyed our stay at this comfortable, clean and spacious condo unit. It was well equipped with modern kitchen appliances, all essential kitchen utensils, a good supply of bathroom amenities, as well as plenty bath and pool towels. The bed was very comfortable and other than occasional minor traffic sounds from a nearby highway, it was very quiet. The wifi worked seamlessly and had excellent connectivity. The condo has easy access to one of the pools and is a very short walk to the gym located in the clubhouse. The location is excellent as it is conveniently located near highway 51 and the 101 interchange loop, providing simple and easy access to many restaurants, shopping areas and other points of interest. We found the owner to be very helpful and responsive to any inquiries we had. He contacted us prior to our arrival as well as during our stay to check if everything was going well, or if there was anything he could do to make our stay more comfortable. He also offered many recommendations regarding restaurants, shopping, etc. The only caveat regarding this property - which was addressed by a prior guest - is the limited drawer space and the problems with the entry door keypad. We also found most of the drawers still filled with the owners personal clothing. It was not a major problem for us as we simply worked around this issue. However, it could pose difficulties if several couples shared the property or if you are staying with children. As for the keypad, the combination worked only part time for entry and never worked to secure/lock the door. Consequently, we always took a key with us to lock the door and to ensure entry upon our return just in case the keypad failed to open the door. I spoke with the owner about this issue and he was very helpful and understanding, offering several suggestions to fix the keypad but nothing worked. Neither of the above issues was a "deal breaker" for us as we simply worked around these minor inconveniences. In summary, the property is as described and we very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Again, many kudos and compliments to the owner who was most helpful and very responsive.

Very nice property in a great location!

This 2 bedroom condo is located in a quiet secluded area, with ready access to shopping and other activities.The condo is very spacious, bright and cheery. It easily accommodated 2 couples. The condo complex has generous parking, well equipped fitness room, 2 pools and spas. Everything we needed was there for us to enjoy a great time in Phoenix with our kids and granddaughter. Will certainly stay there again!

The condo was clean and comfortable in many ways.There were a few things we think could be improved on though: - no unopened/unused soap bars available - no facial tissue available - owner's clothing was in all closets and drawers. We felt uncomfortable hanging or putting away our clothing - it usually took 4-5 tries to use the code and open the front door
