Awesome Property

Love this property! We have returned to this house every year for the last 5 years. It has everything you need along with a perfect Arizona setting and a gorgeous backyard to enjoy your vacation. Well stocked and a great host with quick responses to answer any questions you may have.

Family Christmas amongst the Saguaros

The property was as stated, and the views in the morning and evening were spectacular. The location is close to amenities but out of the way and very quiet. The accommodations were nice and clean. Plenty of utensils and items in the kitchen, made us feel like we were at home. The location offers easy access to nearby trailheads for hiking and bike riding. We rented mountain bikes for two days of trail riding in Tonto National forest. We would recommend this location to family and friends, and will return if the opportunity arises.

Luxury Getaway in the Thunder Mountain Area of Mesa

While this property does not have a pool, it was perfect for our little family getaway. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood with gorgeous views. The home is well maintained, and the pictures represent this luxury property very well. And to top it off, the owners/hosts were very accommodating. We look forward to our next visit!

Beautiful Property

What a memerable vacation we had at this gorgeous property. This home has it all, well stocked, awesome views, plenty of room, incredible back yard to relax and enjoy. Nice quiet neighborhood and pet friendly, close to everything you may need and central location for sightseeing. Joyce is a fantastic host and responds quickly to any questions you may have. We have been to this home multiple times and will return next year.

Private Getaway

The home and location are great for a quiet getaway. It was convenient to the airport, the home was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Arizona landscape. It was a great spot to stay job or get out to eat or explore. I would definitely come back.

Perfect location

This house was a convenient location to the mountain trails. The house was very spacious with outstanding outdoor spaces. The house was on a quiet street. Great location for the sunrise and sunset from the balconies.

Great stay!!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Cathys house. Nice comfortable house, beautiful views, quiet setting but still very close to restaurants and golf!!

Sunsets and rainbows

The home was perfect and Cathy was one of the best hosts I have met. A little too much rain occurred but that didn’t affect our stay and we seen the most vibrant rainbows over the superstitions mountains. Sunsets were beautiful and each one so different. Would stay again if in the area.

Beautiful Inviting Home

This was our 2nd visit to the property, and we enjoyed it as much as the first visit. The home is gorgeous, just like the picture and more. We enjoyed all the rooms that the home provides, the kitchen is well-stocked, and we had many wonderful meals and also used the bbq pit. The backyard is amazing, we loved the nature, the open, beautiful skies, and seating areas. We felt very comfortable and at home. Cathy is an excellent host and made sure she was available to us to make our trip wonderful. We will be back next year!!

Better than the online pictures

This home is beautiful and because the owner does not have a lot of additional fees, like I've become used to from other properties, our bottom line price was comparable to other homes that are not nearly as nice and big. The pictures and description of the property depict what you actually get. The neighborhood is peaceful and beautiful, and the backyard was amazing. We all enjoyed it, including our dog!!! The owner responds quickly and checkin is seamless. If you get the opportunity, you should rent this property.

Mesa paradise

We had just a wonderful stay. We are very picky with where we stay and this house was very well equipped with anything you could possibly need. The bathroom situation is not ideal but certainly not a deal breaker, I know there is a third but it is kept locked, and I read somewhere it can be kept unlocked upon request. Had a couple minor glitches which Cathy was very quick to respond. I would highly recommend Cathy’s home to anyone, very quiet and comfortable and truly a home away from home.
