Downtown PHX Bungalow

This ground-floor bungalow studio is in the heart of historic Downtown Phoenix, surrounded by classic mid-century and bungalow architecture. Popular restaurants, music venues, bars, coffee shops, galleries, the Phoenix Convention Center, and the light rail are all within walking distance. The studio includes a combined living and sleeping area, a separate full kitchen with a laundry machine, and a full bathroom.

Bungalow includes a small, fully equipped dine-in kitchen, one bathroom, and a living area with a small sofa, a queen-size bed, a Smart TV with a voice-activated remote and cable, super-fast 5G Wi Fi, and Queen-themed artwork. A small front patio with seating is also available.

The laundry machine is a combo washer slash dryer. It does take a long time to dry. There also is an air drying rack in the condo.
